I checked in on the app for curbside pickup and waited on the side for about 10 minutes. No one came out. When I went inside, my food was already sitting there. The worker (Ananya) tried to say I never checked in, but I did. The whole thing felt dismissive. Please get your staff in order because this was avoidable.

I live within a 10 minute drive and 9/10 they are within the delivery window including during m bad weather, and if not when I call they provide an eta of the driver and the driver is also apologetic for the delay. Drivers tend to be younger kids getting experience or older folks keeping busy – all very polite and professional. Recent reviews complaining of delivery fees clearly aren’t from customers that order delivery in the last two decades.

I’ve been a loyal customer for 5+ years and never had a bad experience until recently. Staff has become rude, wait times are long, and my orders keep coming out wrong. Yesterday, my pizza had the wrong toppings twice, and when I asked for it to be remade correctly and cut with a clean cutter, the staff was unhelpful and rude. I even saw cross-contamination concerns with tools being reused on different pizzas. Very disappointed—I won’t be returning.

I called to place an order for a take out, the lady Suraya picked up the call and started mocking me while I was trying to get my order iright. She imitated me, while i was placing my order, only when I mentioned to her that she is frustrated with my call and my order, she paused for a moment, giving me excuses why she is treating me like trash. Only people which consider themselves less than they are, have disrespect for other people. She shouldn’t work in customer service. Her frustrations should stay at home. The acting manager lady when I asked who is the manager she didn’t even bother to ask how she can help me, or to ask for a moment so she can hear me out. More training is needed how to treat clients. I didn’t place my order at the end. I won’t pay money to be disrespected, I work hard and I want to enjoy every moment I have a chance to rest, not to be insulted.

Domino’s Pizza exceeded my expectations with their outstanding customer service! They accidentally delivered the wrong pizza, but within 15 minutes, they promptly sent the correct one and even gave me a significant discount as an apology. Mistakes happen, but it’s how you handle them that counts— this branch showed they’re top-notch in both quality and service! Highly recommend!

We’ve been ordering from this venue for over 8 years now and the only complaint We’ve had is a cold pizza which they gladly replaced. The facility is clean, and mostly, all the employees are great for customer service. Only had one girl Theresa’s week who was not pleasant to me nor her comrade when he couldn’t find my pizza. Didn’t like that at all, but everybody has a bad day. Never had any disgusting thing I’ve read here or seen in almost 9 years, so it sounds like some of these customers have it in fir somebody there. Doesn’t make sense as to why gnats would be in your box of pizza when there’re no gnats in the store ??? Almost 9 years, no hair, of any kind or gnats, ants or bugs ever… So far! Keep up the great work, Dominos!

Updated 11 May, 2024. This facility can’t, or won’t, change big bills. I was going to order $45 – $50 worth of food, and was informed that they could not break a $100. Seems strange, because I went right next door to Subway, ordered $22 worth of food, and they had no trouble @ all breaking a $100. Walked down the street to Tony’s NY Pizza (to order what I was going to get @ Domino’s), bought $35 worth of carryout, and they had no problem breaking a $100. So, Domino’s has either a poorly stocked cash drawer, or they don’t trust their employees very much. Can’t wait to see the “official” explanation!
We picked up orders from here this past Saturday & Sunday. We did not order ahead, so the wait was obviously longer than normal, but the orders were complete and correct. There is a lot more to Domino’s than just pizza, and we found the salads, sandwiches and pasta dishes to be quite good. If you want something besides pizza, but with Domino’s convenience, try the other menu items. We still see their drivers racing around, some to the point of being reckless…..don’t know what can be done about that.
