Usually decent, but very disappointed with this past order, delivery, and management’s handling of it. My pizza arrived cold…and the box had clearly been tossed around because the pizza had slid entirely to one side of the box and folded on top of itself with sauce smeared across the interior of the box. I reported it online, but the website was not allowing me to submit a photo. I, then, called the store and the manager offered me 50% off my next order instead of remedying their current mistake. Why would I want to place another order and pay an additional delivery fee and tip to a company/store that had already had a chance to provide good service to me and clearly failed. They’re only guaranteeing future business for themselves, which is a terrible model to ensure customer retention. You’ve lost a customer in me.

What a disappointment. Took two hours to get my order last night. No sausage on the pizza. No notification it would take so long. When I called the store, they just said, “oh we’re just really busy tonight”. THEN STOP TAKING ORDERS. I get it if you’re short delivery drivers or in-store employees, but I would rather you tell me I can’t order then wait that long. Had to make dinner for my daughter because it was taking so long. AWFUL.

We picked up orders from here this past Saturday & Sunday. We did not order ahead, so the wait was obviously longer than normal, but the orders were complete and correct. There is a lot more to Domino’s than just pizza, and we found the salads, sandwiches and pasta dishes to be quite good. If you want something besides pizza, but with Domino’s convenience, try the other menu items. We still see their drivers racing around, some to the point of being reckless…..don’t know what can be done about that.

The staff at this dominos is what really makes it special. A little bit ago we had a birthday party for my son and I called early to double check that they received the order since I was picking up just after opening. When my wife picked up, they added something special for my son since it was his birthday. Made my 6 year old’s day! Thank you for always being friendly and serving up good pizza!

I placed a $68 online order for curbside pickup at 7:05 pm on Friday evening. The response said the order would be ready at 8:10 pm. I arrived at the given time and indicated I was there for my order. After watching other cars getting their orders I want inside to see what was going on. I was told my order hadn’t been started yet but it would be started immediately. They apologized and said they were understaffed and running behind. I counted 7 employees behind the counter which didn’t seem to understaffed to me. Anyway the order finally made it to my car at 9:10 pm. 2 of the 5 pizzas ordered were horrible. The buffalo chicken was tasteless and the chicken alfredo one was like eating cardboard. Definitely disappointed in the lack of quality and poor service.

They are good but Spelling name was wrong of my order. I still believe they should wash the pizza cutter more often.I know it was a busy day and had to serve fast but they should have different cutter for veggie pizza. They usually paper clean it, just sweeping the cutter with paper is not enough.

The Dominoes in Haymarket has improved greatly over the last couple of months and it is worth offering a positive review because of that. The pizza has always been consistently good and I have found the delivery to be extremely reliable. Where Dominoes used to be not so great, but has been improving on is order accuracy. The majority of times I used to order the orders we would have delivered would be wrong, if even our order. That is beginning to change and now things are becoming a more consistently positive experience.

This is not the first time they have lost my order. I understand busy but the online system and the store system clearly shows my order but the store failed to produce it. I won’t be ordering from any Domino’s ever again. There are plenty of other pizza places.
