I ordered a coffee drink by mobile; it was completed so quickly and was delicious! Very clean tables and restroom. People were conversing rather loudly and acoustics are rather loud. Still, service and food are good. Very eclectic crowd.

there was maybe one other customer aside from me and 3-4 workers. it took like 15 minutes to get my 2 drinks (black coffee, iced matcha). they messed up my matcha and did not sweeten it, i wasn’t surprised because the cashier did not look like he knew what i was talking about (this is my regular order i get at EVERY dunkin. my black coffee came out lukewarm. very disappointed.

Doughnuts are always fresh and those doughnut holes are dangerous! Lines are long and I have consistency seen people waiting for picking orders while the orders are ready behind the icecream counter. This is not great service or good for business, franchisee can increase sales with better and faster service. Simply call out the names every few minutes for pickup orders. Use your IT team to develop an app for orders being picked up where people can check-in when they are in the store. I recommend doughnut lovers checkout the doughnut decoration kits for kids, I am going to bring them for my newphews and neices! The small kit contains 4 plain doughnuts, 3 tubs of sprinkles, and 3 flavors of frosting (strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate). Something fun for adults or children!

This Dunkin’ shares a space with Baskin Robbins. Floors were a bit sticky but service was friendly and there was a minimal wait on Friday at 11 am. They have all the Halloween items right now, which is what I came here for. Munchkins tasted fresh and the iced potion macchiato was good

Several times I have gone here, no one has been in line and no one was behind the counter. The workers were doing random tasks around the store. I stand there for several minutes, sometimes I order and sometimes I just walk out. I don’t understand why they don’t always have someone ready to take orders in a reasonable amount of time and often the workers are just hanging around the store.

ordered a latte and got a cold brew. the “manager” didn’t even know how to use the ordering machine. took 20 minutes for two drinks and a donut because they forgot about it. they prioritize their mobile orders, so if you want quick service.. order online.

I give this location an overall 5 Stars because I keep coming back The staff are friendly and I often don’t have to wait long for my order (which I usually place via mobile).
The food is what you expect, and the atmosphere is every other Dunkin’, and sometimes the staff are very busy so in-store orders can take some time to be served (due to so many online orders), but I shop here very often and have no significant complaints.

Real Property
This man insisted that I didn’t place my order online and didn’t hit confirm lol. Only to then realize His printer ran out of paper. He asked me for my order three times and when I gave it to him he couldn’t understand or wasn’t listening. He was incredibly rude to me didn’t even apologize for making me wait for my order for over 30 minutes. All I had was an avocado toast. This man is completely incompetent and to top it all off he got mad at me instead of being polite and apologizing! He’s clearly in the wrong industry that’s not how we do business here. HE DOSENT CHANGE HIS GLOVES I noticed that while standing there for so LONG waiting for my order!! I’m kind of scared to eat my food it’s really disgusting!! I just left no point in arguing with this Man, i’m appalled by his behavior! after he eventually gave me my order I just snapped a picture and he said he didn’t care if I submitted a review online!

I went yesterday aug 26. The cashier is so rude a young lady. I want to pay and she didn’t pay attention. I order food she make wrong drinks for me . And 1 drink she put on counter and the rest different places and told me u have to pick from these places. Horrible experience never going back to this location again because of terrible customer service.
