Horrible place. They reduced the pasta size crazily. When I called they are saying this is the usual size, as if this is the first time I am ordering from a Dominos. This place will soon go down the drain if this continues.

This is the WORST dominos! I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. I hate that it is the only place that delivers in the area. Crusty dried up pizza, evrrytime! Or its on the top box, cheesey bread? Don’t get me started. They used to be okay. Now I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. I would NEVER give a paying customer food that looked the way theirs does. I have ordered from here many times and it’s been good.. But this time the pizza was terrible. It was still raw dough and inedible. I ordered online with a pick up time of 7 only to be told when I arrived that it would be 20 minutes because they hadn’t even made the pizzas yet. Ridiculous!! If you’re going to close before 730 on Christmas Eve at least put it on the app or somewhere. Go through the whole experience of putting together a delivery order only at the very end to have a generic failure and try calling it just rings and rings. Just wanted to enjoy some pizza with my wife who had to work a 12 hour shift as an RN. Never ordering Dominos ever again.

I wish I can give them 0 star , I ordered pizza with pineapple and black olive and she add pepperoni and olives I call and explain i am vegetarian and i left for work i can’t come back, can you make other one in evening and I can drop this to you she said no I can’t do that woww because of your mistakes i have to comeback from 25 mile ,great answer and her attitude is too much ,I said what’s your name and she said I can’t give it to you and she hung up.

Usually i have no issues with this domino’s. Always good service but I went to pick up an order recently & noticed the woman/young lady handling food had no gloves on while preparing foods . I’ve worked in food industries, I get it. Gloves suck. But they are required for a reason. Low & behold my 2 1/2 yr old & myself ended up violently Ill with stomach bug like symptoms 24hrs later. I’m not saying it was even from the pizza itself, could of been anything we had eaten. But pretty appropriate timing! & still prefer whoever is handling mine & my children’s food to prepare with gloves.

I ordered the Buffalo and garlic parmasean wings. The Buffalo was fine, but EXTREMELY disappointed with the garlic parmasean. Don’t trust what you see in the menu. The garlic parmasean wings looked like someone simply opened a bottle of blue cheese and poured it on the wings. Absolutely nasty!!

As you can tell by many low reviews allover the internet the owner of this franchise Julie not only has poor customer service skills but this store is being set up to fail. My kiddos and I have ordered here many time usually by online order but because my wallet was misplaced I called to cancel an order and was put on hold without even being asked then got hung up on after I asked to cancel. The owner Julie has a lot to learn about customer service ! I will never order from this place again…. With so many other options for real food locally it’s a no brained people! Julie, change your attitude or you may end up with no franchise!
