Tofu banh mi had a generous amount of tofu but unfortunately also contained some accidental chicken (or tuna?). As a vegan customer, not pleased with the cross contamination. Otherwise, excellent cafe with plenty of food and drink options for morning, afternoon, or evening. Comfy seating, friendly staff, and convenient location. Large iced coffee is LORGE!

We brought our son here for breakfast as he just started at UConn. It is a nice large establishment, so much to choose from on the menu & service is quick. Everything we had was delicious. Would definitely go back again.

I have a gluten allergy and eat here a bunch. However, this morning I went in and the sandwich I was served was cross contaminated which led to me getting sick in the bathroom as well as my face and throat swelling. The waitress was very nice but one of the line cooks was loudly making fun of me claiming that gluten allergies aren’t real while I debated between going to the ER or using my epi pen.

Just had breakfast at this cafe after dropping a family member at UConn. The breakfast was good; this is not the first time eating there. You have to place the order and the staff will bring it to you. Breakfast is done at 12pm. I would definitely recommend this place .

Very disappointed. We’ve ate here several times and love the food. My husband and I each wanted a half sandwich for lunch today. The woman at the counter said we could only get a half sandwich and soup. We didn’t want soup. We left and at ate somewhere else. We won’t be back.

I was happy with my meal here. I got the black bean burrito. It was flavored nicely and had a good crunch to it. Coffee was just ok…

A little over-priced, but still worth the money. Very vegetarian and vegan-friendly as well as catering to gluten-free options. Hosmer Soda is sold here and that’s a plus from me. Overall, good selection and quality customer service. The black bean stew was hearty, mild, and comforting.

Hot chai latte is the best I’ve ever had! Not my first time here; the drinks are amazing from smoothies to teas but the food always varies.
