The new owners are catching a lot of hate in these reviews but I don’t see it… prices are still good, and selection is still outstanding. There’s still soft serve (including a rotation of bonus flavors), great hand dip options, plus shakes and sundaes and such. We’ve been loyal patrons for years, and we still are.

Stopped for ice cream and ordered cherry, didn’t say soft serve but that’s what I got and it tasted chemically. Husband ordered butter pecan and didn’t say sugar free but that’s what he got. At least the dog liked his pupcup

So many negatives to list everything! This used to be our favorite place to come for ice cream. We won’t be returning! Portion size, taste and prices are horrible!

Overpriced and not a very large portion for the money. They had no cherry topping, no caramel and no hot fudge toppings. Not going back.

I don’t think they should be allowed to call what they consider a banana split, a banana split! That was the most disappointing thing I’ve ever seen…who puts a banana split in a cup? It was like a banana shake maybe? At least warn people that its not an actual banana split like EVERYONE is used to!

We ordered 3 medium (16 oz) Boston coolers and a double scoop of ice cream…THE PRICE… $28.00 NO JOKE! They didn’t even give us lids for our Boston Coolers! We understand now, why there wasn’t a line with it being 86 degrees outside! The plus side, they have additional parking around the back now!
