Typically the food is good Always a few hiccups here and there but today I’m writing about all the hiccups I paid for two dinners and a side of burnt ends I receive three sides are food my sweet potatoes was forgotten which you’re supposed to check your bags before you leave and I gave him the benefit of the doubt As expensive as Food is I started to go back around there but this is a good lord Day I didn’t check the bag I’m a eat the price but these greens are terrible they are just not edible the greens are so salty and have such a burnt taste to them Can we say how sad this caramel cake looks for $5.98 Dixon you should do better That cake should be priced no more than $1.60 that small square And the frosting it is so gritty on top and barely none it wasn’t even stirred enough To get a smooth texture These two items should come off of your menu not to be funny but you should Not be selling this to customers because this is highway robbery I am truly not happy about the $70 that I spent today

Tasteless. Salted boiled meat. The Daughter working the counter knows nothing just keeps referring you to the menu board. Sandwiches for 9 plus dollars come with no sides or potato salad. Definitely not worth 30 plus dollars for 2 ppl.

I would recommend Dixons BBQ to anybody. I was reading the bad comments and really when it comes to food you can’t please everyone. But I was very please with the BBQ hands down and I will be back.

The rib tips had a thick black tar covering the outside. The sauce tastes store bought instead of homemade, like KC Masterpiece or something. They ask you to put on a mask, but all the teenage employees are either not wearing one, or not properly wearing one (nose exposed). First and last visit unfortunately.

Would NOT recommend… the meat is extremely fatty. The Mac and cheese has no flavor.. very disappointing. I visited for my birthday but will never return.

I went to Dixon’s on a mission to find a BBQ restaurant that had Ribs that would represent St. Louis. I was not disappointed. The Ribs were fall off the bone tender and flavorful. The sauce was excellent. I had the Green Beans and potato salad for my sides. The beans were well seasoned and slightly spicy the potato salad was also good.

I just ordered for the first time yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised how good the Rib Tips were with & without sauce!! Seasoned to perfection & tender! Good portion as well! Good sides too.

Everytime I go I know I’m NOT going to be disappointed. Turkey legs are ONLY on Sunday. That was worth every bite. Oh so good!
