Loved having lunch on the Dive Bar’s outdoor patio! And the only thing better than their food was the fantastic service! Cannot wait to return!! Pictured are zucchini fries, a crabcake burger with side of sweet potato tots, fish tacos, minestrone soup, and a very inventive and tasty watermelon dessert. Sorry…can’t recall the exact names of these items!

Nice staff, affordable food, good location! We were pleased with the selection available and their happy hour was great too. Loved the Salmon and the Risotto. Would recommend.

Lovely atmosphere and excellent service. Located in old mill at Savage Mill shops. Beautiful outdoor seating area that places you up at the tree top level.

Great place! We had wonderful service and the food was fresh and delicious. The housemade chips were d’bomb and the fried pickles!!! Loved ‘em. I discovered a gem here.

Dive Bar & Grille’s mission is to provide superior customer service with a relaxed, upscale atmosphere, great food, signature cocktails & a wide selection… My husband has mac n cheese with fried chicken. I had the fries chicken sandwich with bacon and sweet potato tater tots. The food and service was amazing. We’ll definitely return.

Came here with The Missus (bless ‘er) after having eaten half a leftover short rib and smoked cheddar sandwich the day before. Damn thing was so good, we felt compelled to drive out to Savage, MD (charming spot, BTW) and grab some fresh grub from the source.

I went in for dinner around 7. The place was packed and very lively. The wait staff was unfazed by the large amount of people and still worked efficiently. My waiter specifically was very nice and hospitable. As soon as a drink was empty or we looked ready, he was there without having to signal. I ordered the hangar steak and fries cooked to medium. The steak had just the right amount of pink and was very juicy. I couldn’t stop raving about it after leaving. My partner ordered the A.M Burger. He said he enjoyed the taste of the egg and bacon; overall a nice burger. We would definitely come back and eat here again.

Ram’s Head Savage Mill was a mainstay in this area, and tough act to follow, but Dive has definitely met the challenge. Their food and service has been consistently great, and although they don’t have hundreds of beers like Ram’s Head did, their alcoholic options can hold their own. If you’re still upset about Ram’s Head closing, Dive feels like a variation on their original theme, and is quickly becoming the new mainstay in Savage Mill. Definitely recommended.

BAR REVIEW ONLY. Came here randomly Saturday late evening and the downstairs bar was the only one still open and serving food. Looks like there’s a full bar and they had music blasting loud. Food was just okay—the Crab Dip and Crabby Tots lacked crab meat, it was loaded with tons of cheese. Drinks were fine—prices were reasonable.

Dive in to the Dive Bar and have a bite! We had an early lunch here and it was a joy suiting outside and enjoying the sights while eating a tasty meal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had started with donut holes, had pizza bites, the humus plate, crispy Brussels, “The South of the Border” burger and a Greek salad topped with seared tuna. The hummus was the only thing that needed a little seasoning, but it was still good. Everything else was very tasty and well- prepared. The portions are large, so we got two meals out of our order as we had to pack some food up and take it home.
