LOVED IT! We love exploring this area to see what restaurants there are! Stumbled upon this place, absolutely delicious. wonderful service, the staff were all super friendly and accommodating to orders. The food did not disappoint! I got chicken and pancakes, for a bit extra made the chicken spicy, the combination of sweet butter and spicy chicken WAS AMAZING! Would 100% recommend this place! 🙂

This was a nice little lunch spot! We had the white sauce wings and the mansion salad. Both were pretty good- the wings were a little salty but were cooked really well. I got a mocktail blueberry mojito and it was super delicious, and my girlfriend got the dirty chai and I drank most of her drink. It was also super affordable- I’d definitely recommend coming here if you’re in the area. They also have some really tasty donuts!

It lives up to the name. We went for breakfast and it started with delicious coffee. We got an iced latte, cold brew, and the vietnamese coffee. All were so good. For our meal we got the lemon pancakes (so fluffy and bright), shrimp and grits (extremely good, just wish the heads were removed), and the benedict (absolutely delicious) Everyone was so happy with their dish, the service was great, and we will definitely be back.

Decided to check this spot out since it was a 3 min walk from our hotel. It did not disappoint. Everything was so fresh and homemade. I have a sensitive GI system so I couldn’t indulge in the fried chicken and pancakes. My friend did and she loved it. The biscuits weren’t dry. They had a lot of great flavor. My kid had a chocolate milkshake which she drank within minutes. Julianna was our server. She was awesome. Would definitely recommend to family & friends.

Nice mix of burgers, wings, and drinks. They also have ice cream and sweets. I had a veggie burger that was to die for. My husbands wings were a little too salty. The drinks were delicious.

The Benedict was great! I really love the hollandaise sauce, it was the best I’ve ever eaten. The breakfast potatoes was nice and crunchy very well seasoned. The fried chicken breast over the nicely baked english muffins was a little over seasoned for me but still delicious. My wife had the hot honey chicken biscuit with the breakfast potatoes which she enjoyed as well. I wouldn’t mind coming back when we visit New Orleans again.

Love all the District locations and this new expanded version. We’ve been three times now. The breakfast wings and pigs in a blanket are awesome! Their pancakes might be the best I’ve ever eaten! I also had the delicious Mansion salad for lunch one day and took a bite of my friend’s BLT that is served on this amazing thick sliced sourdough bread. Always end my meal with a cold brew to go because no other coffee in the city tastes as good or wakes me up as much as Districts.

Breakfast is my favorite. I love spicy and sweet. This hot chicken biscuit with french toast biscuit was one of the best things I’ve ever had! And the breakfast potatoes might have been the best also. Smashed and fried. Amazing. Service was great. Did a carry out from the Virgin hotel. Easy walk. Had to get donuts while I was there too and they were amazing. Kids loved everything and I ate too much! Highly recommended. Sorry I only got a pic of the donuts haha we were hungry.
