Went there today and the deli was large and nicely presented. I got fresh deli meats and some sub rolls all for 20 bucks. That will be my lunch for 4-5 days. Not bad at all! Only lost a star because there was only 1 person working so the service was slow. But to their credit they were very nice and took pride in their products.

Ruined our Christmas Eve dinner that we were hosting. My wife called days in advance and placed an order for meat, to be picked up Christmas Eve day. Showed up and the unfortunate person working the meat counter had to tell me that my name wasn’t in his order book (he showed me), and that he had no meat to cut to provide me with my order. I wasn’t the only person that phoned on for a meat order, that “wasn’t in the book” and left to our own devices. I verified we called the correct store (NOT Worcester). Never again. We have options for a butcher and will never go back to Derrico’s. We were excited when they opened the Leominster store. It’s unfortunate that one bad experience has resulted in us swearing off ever going back. Buyer beware if you call in for a special order.

I went in to the leominster store today and i can honestly say i was blown away with how amazing the store looks , meats looked fresh and the presentation was awesome . I had help from the young man who is the lead butcher his name is Jay and what a wonderful young man. Knew what he was talking about. Answered all my questions and i had a lot of them , he went above and. beyond to help me find everything i needed . i will definitely be back in the near future for all my meats and deli meats . Thank you again Jay for your amazing customer service !

The staff could not have been nicer! But, the Italian sausage cooked into the most dry and unappealing stuff. The seasoning was off too. Not at all like what we bought back in Worcester
