The rating is primarily for the cook service. The young lady at the register did AMAZING and got everything correct.
The prep station was where the disconnect happened.
1.) They forgot the extra BBQ sauce on the side. (Told the later at the prep counter and she acted as if it was no big deal)
2. They added onions when we specifically stated not too. (See picture)
I havent been to Panera in years and now I see why. Bring the old Panera vibes back where cooks took pride in their work

Stopped by the Panera in Tukwila, which has a large parking lot shared with a few other businesses. The parking was no issue. The interior is more of a long layout rather than an open concept, but there’s a decent amount of seating available. One thing I noticed, similar to some other Panera locations (not all) is that the music was quite loud, which personally takes away from the quieter vibe that I prefer to get work done. A few tables weren’t as clean as I’d like, and I ran into a couple of wobbly tables that made it a bit inconvenient. Restrooms are available and easy to access, which is a plus.

Food was great, workers that made the food were super nice. Good place to dine in. Once we were leaving, we wanted a pastry. Got in line, ordered a Cinnabon and a cherry danish… the person who was helping us out. Guy with colorful hair (blue or green?) , his badge said it was a manager of some sort. Short, chubby, kinda tan guy. He went to get our pastries and when he came back, he just throws/drops them in front of me on the counter. No acknowledgment what so ever for us customers. Rude as hell. All he said was “here you go” and continues to talk to his coworkers. He didn’t even finish the checkout, we mentioned it to him that he didn’t charge us yet and then he continued to charge us and finish the checkout.
We’re not expecting top tier customer service but at least don’t drop/throw our food at us.

Their bakery is consistently fresh and of good quality. The cinnamon roll is especially tasty, with the right amount of sweetness, and the cookies and bagels are also well made and enjoyable. It’s a reliable spot for fresh baked goods.

I ordered delivery through the Panera app, but my order never arrived even though it was marked as delivered. The dasher claimed to have delivered it, but my Ring camera never captured him delivering the food.
I called Panera, and their employees were very kind and worked to find a solution. The dasher told Panera that he delivered the order to the wrong apartment, which doesn’t make sense since the delivery instructions clearly said to hand the order directly to the customer.
I’ve ordered delivery from Panera before and have never had an issue. I probably won’t order delivery again to avoid this happening in the future, but I will continue ordering from Panera. Their food, service, and employees have always been amazing.
Panera should report the dasher so this doesn’t happen again. I only received my order because Panera remade the food and I picked it up in person.

So refreshingly tasty! Great service on a Tuesday evening. Ordered Flatbread pizza, salad, and got a pastry for .99. Mom got the turkey, avocado, BLT with salad and pastry. We both loved our choices. Not too heavy, not too light, just right!

I met my mentor here, because it is his favorite place to meet. The staff was outstanding and very helpful, and allowed us to meet, enjoying our delicious soup and salad. My first sit down, panera experience and reminded me of how things used to be in restaurants. Great Work

Panera Bread is where I go when I want to pretend I’m being healthy but still end up with a bread bowl the size of my head. The broccoli cheddar soup? Life-changing. The mac and cheese? Basically adult baby food, and I’m not mad about it.
The staff are always chill, the Wi-Fi never betrays me, and somehow my “quick lunch” turns into a two-hour therapy session with carbs. Highly recommend if you want to feel productive while secretly carbo-loading.
