The place was dirty and filthy from yesterday. I saw a homeless woman with her kids in the restaurant me and another customer paid for her dinner and lunch gave them also a few dollars for her and the kids. Unfortunately the kids were smearing food all over the tables windows and spitting on the windows and front door .

I’ve been to this location a handful of times and have always had the pleasure of having Shy as my server. She definitely makes your dining experience amazing! She’s very sweet, attentive, and personable with you! She doesn’t rush you or anything of that matter. Regardless if you need anything additional or forgot something it never seems to be a hassle and always has a smile on her face. I would highly recommend this location and most definitely ask for Shy to be your server! I promise you won’t be disappointed!!! Extra kudos to the manager Liz for the way she runs this location! Today I was at this Denny’s at Graig and Tenaya for lunch. The service keeps getting worse and worse as time goes by. I am a regular who lives and works near by. They’re always short handed and out of many items. Today I ordered breakfast and they were out of butter and ketchup. Usually only one server is running the store. Most of the time there’s no visible manager around and if they are there both girls just sit by the counter ignoring their guests. Nothing like when Mr Cesar was there.

I love their Eggs Benedict. I get the classic, but I take the ham off. I’ve ordered the Benedict at casino restaurants and they don’t compare. I’m always impressed by Dennys’ chefs. Everything was perfect. I ordered online and the food was ready fast and hot by the time we got it home. Thanks always for a delicious breakfast!!

I had an online order on Mother’s Day 2023, when I went to pickup the expectation was the order would be complete; this day the restaurant was short staffed and overwhelmed with customers both dine-in and to-go. Once home I noted several items were missing, returning to the restaurant after we finished eating what was brought home. Obviously, there was an absence of quality control this day. Upon my return the manager was unavailable so I stated my case with the host providing my marked receipt of the missing items, they relayed the details to the manager and responded I will receive a refund after a few days. Once back home I filed a case online. Within a few days a corporate Customer Service Rep messaged noting the matter would be handled at the store level.
