Probably one of the worse experiences I’ve had in El Paso. We sat almost 10 minutes before giving our drink order. The place was basically empty but still extremely slow and somewhat unprofessional service. The waitress behaved as if we disturbed her break. Spicy moon over my hammy was good. The omelet was over cooked and hashbrowns were undercooked.

(Breakfast) The place was super cold , staff stated they were not allowed to adjust the temp. Food took over 30 min and it was brought cold when it got to us. The waitress had about 12 tables to serve (excessive) but she did as best she could. Not a good experience. Over all rating 3/10

Dennys has always been my go-to place for pancakes! Fluffy, buttery, warm, and syrupy! Just the way I like them. Luckily they have a new menu item all-you-can-eat scrambled eggs, hashed browns AND pancakes!! $6.99! I ordered that with chocolate chips because…yum! Too bad we had the slowest waitress on the planet, and everything took forever. Cold coffee and lousy service. The manager was the host, and he was not most. At all.

I keep coming to this place because for some reason my dad loves it here. But service is horrible, food is acceptable, but every time we come here we struggle to get a good service. We are never greeted at the entrance and this time a manager took over because our waitress just forgot about us, but he had the exact same attitude or even worse. We noticed a table walked out as well. Hopefully this changes because I would like to keep coming here because like I said my dad loves it, but sadly it is very stressful every time we come here.

The first thing was the place was empty and still had to wait 15 minutes to get a table. The coffee was warm at best. Then when I got my breakfast the sausage links and hash browns were not hot. When I went to pay my bill l believe it was the manager who was at the register was kind of rude. I asked him if he could break a $20.00 for me. He said very rudely no no I can’t and won’t. I love Denny’s this one is close to my house. I guess I’ll have to drive across town to another one. The waitress was the only bright spot.

Katlyn was professional and quick with helping my elderly grandma and I be seated. The waiting time can be a bit long sometimes, but she’s really good at getting tables filled immediately after someone leaves. Good food as always!
