great Mexican food. great vibes and a very good service. love the food here. would definitely come again. pricing is also not bad and they have small parking next to the restaurant as well. Tried the veggie bowl and Baja fish tacos, both were amazing.

The food was flavored good, place was busy, and the location has a good amount of space even with the crowds coming one from time to time! There’s parking and they’re on a good bike path. Not too far from downtown but enough(~10min. Drive). The drinks content is there to keep up on the fun!

I recently had a fantastic takeout experience at this restaurant! Their selection of vegetarian options was impressive, and the fact that they stay open late is a huge bonus. I ordered the Matador Bowl, and it was an absolute delight. The Achiote-chile rice, black beans, cheese blend, serrano slaw, crema, pico de gallo, guacamole, radish, and tortilla strips came together perfectly. I opted for southwest veggies as my protein choice, and it was a delicious and filling dinner. Highly recommend this place for a satisfying meal, especially for vegetarians!

Food is pretty good overall. The service was very good tonight, attentive and friendly. I had the shredded steak enchiladas that were tasty. Everything else on the plate, the guacamole, pico, sour cream, rice and black beans were pretty standard. We also had an order of nachos, but that was disappointing. So this was a GIANT pile of stuff… chips on the bottom and then the cheese, but it was then covered by a massive amount of black beans. You really had to dig to the bottom to find the cheese. Wouldn’t order that again. It’s an attractive restaurant and I would go back again sometime.

I used to live 2 blocks from Matador on Burnside and it’s still my go to place when my friend and I can’t think of where to go. It is a Pacific NW chain. The service is always good and the food consistent. From a vegan/vegetarian focus, they don’t have a wide selection. I pretty much order the same thing, the Beyond Burrito, no dairy. Expect left overs. They have a full bar and are reasonability priced.
