Like every place, they are ultrageously understaffed. However, the workers are fantastic and do their very best to accommodate everyone. They are impressive and I hope they are at least making decent money. The restaurant for sure needs an upgrade and a deep detailed cleaning. The last one I am sure it’s because they have a lot of traffic and low staff, impossible to keep the place sparkling. The service was the best they could give me and the food was good. Their menu is well designed and super visual. My visit was at Sunday morning around 10:30 am

Our waiter was Brad and he was incredible. He was the only one working and it was very busy! He was literally running all over to keep up, while maintaining fantastic customer service! He also mentioned it was supposed to be his off day! We visited 8/28 at 11:55pm.

The waitress was very good! I ordered the cinnamon pancakes. The menu photo showed a 1/2″ layer of cinnamon sauce on them. I got my order and I couldn’t even see any cinnamon. Some was sprinkled on one pancake but there was no layer! It was nothing like the menu photo!

The food was great, the service even better. The server even made a suggestion on a cheaper way to order what we wanted. Very nice. The restaurant does need some repairs to the seating, though. You practically fall thru or get stabbed by springs.

On August 12, 2023 my first thought was to order online and take my food home as I always have. This day I wanted to eat in to continue celebrating my birthday which I do all month every year. I walked in, no host greeting, then I stood at the counter as the signage suggested for about 5 mins, saw a waitress walk pass, washed her hands after she went into the back to discord some dirty dishes she had in her hands, then continued on with what she was doing after making eye contact with me. A guy who I guess was bussing tables asked if I had been helped yet, then told me someone would be with me shortly. I then asked if I could seat myself at the bar. As I was asking my question, a older white woman (as I am not) walked in passed the host station, straight to the bar where I followed to take a seat. That same waitress quickly asked the woman what she was having to drink, and continued to ignore me. After what I felt was discrimination I politely got up out my chair and walked out. I enjoy eating at Denny’s because they offer turkey bacon which most breakfast restaurants do not. This was my second time different location, experiencing something of this magnitude from a Denny’s restaurant. I hate to think this would be my last time patronizing the entire business. Very frustrated and saddened customer.

My meal was horrible. I paid my bill turned to leave and the manager started running her mouth. I paid my bill was not asking for anything for free. She wanted to know why I didn’t tell her my food was bad. She walked past us 3 times & saw my plate sitting there. She even got my daughter a to go box. She knew there was something wrong. She chose not to ask. Then to start running her mouth as I was leaving. That was the way to handle the situation.
