Food was so delicious!! The server was very helpful & all the seafood was so fresh. I got the brie appetizer, fried grouper main dish, and had both the chocolate cheesecake and carrot cake for dessert. The chocolate cheesecake was a little too dense for my liking but that’s just preference. Would definitely go again!!

An exceptional dining experience! While I initially visited for seafood, the standout was undoubtedly the three-way duck, the best dish I’ve had in Virginia. Despite trying various French restaurants in Richmond, this establishment has claimed the top spot on my list. Outstanding in every way!

We had a late lunch/early dinner here, and we loved it. Our server was awesome, giving us suggestions on what to order and checking on us constantly. You will have to wait for your food to arrive, but there’s a reason for it, they make every meal from the scratch. Our food was so tasty that we didn’t even have any leftovers.

We went on a Saturday night, my reservation was for 7:30 (party of 4). We were greeted and seated as soon as we arrived there, which was wonderful. We were stuck in traffic on the HRBT so we arrived a few minutes late and had to walk a bit since parking was limited. The one great thing is that parking after 6pm is free, so that made it all better.

Have been several times, and enjoyed almost every time! The last time we went the food was not great and the service was… fine for us, but made awkward as the server would make annoyed faces, to us, about an adjacent table any time they asked for something (like their correct order when it got messed up). I have chalked this up to just a bad day but it was noteworthy. For this kind of establishment and the atmosphere they curate, that was not expected or appreciated. However! Every other time was really a great experience. I definitely recommend taking advantage of their happy hours from 11-7 for oysters. And their fish & chips are incREDIBLE! The sauce really sets it apart. All in all, would recommend this if you’re in town and looking for a nice place to get a bite.

I had a wonderful time enjoying the atmosphere and the food here. We met a sweet couple from Chicago visiting our area. Our waiter Michael was awesome and really helped my indecisive husband. He was attentive and patient. The people at the bar were watching the game but the room was quiet enough for a good date night.

This place was a surprise! I was trying to book at one of the taverns and waited too long to get a reservation. I ended up finding a spot here and had the best time: the cocktails were legit, the raw oysters were fresh, and the crab cake is one of my favorite things I’ve eaten this year. Crab cake is a must.

The food was AMAZING! And they sure make a strong sangria drink! I loved it. The food not only tasted great but the presentation was top notch too. Our server Adrianna was super attentive! Our water glasses were never empty and she anticipated our needs. She has such a wonder personality and made this visit a truly memorable experience. Thank you for a wonderful evening! Food was delicious! We had the Berret’s oysters for our app, which were delicious and super tender. We both had the specialty drink (hot buttered rum) highly recommend. My mom had salmon over grits and I had the crabcake sandwich with fries. Both were delicious. Our server was friendly and efficient. I did take one star because we waited almost 15 minutes for our check after our plates were cleared. That’s just too long in my opinion. But we’ll be back and are looking forward to it!
