This is the best Denny’s that I have visited in the Tennessee, Kentucky and Alabama area. My wife and I always stop here when we visit Memphis and every time we drive to Tunica, Mississippi. The food is always great. We are always greeted by friendly hosts and the service is fantastic. I recommend it to all.

I was on a Road trip and stopped by to get a nice meal,refuel and used a clean restroom. The food was ok, it was a new item on the menu so I had to try. Looking outside definitely looked like a place that you can take a nap if you’re on a road trip.

The food was delicious and well worth the wait. It was hot and fresh. The only issue was that there was only one server/hostess, and about 30 customers. This was going to lose them 1 Star until I was served and ate the food. The one hostess/server was very polite and professional.

Person in the front is not very bright. Doesn’t welcome or seat anyone, or even make eye contact…ignores someone standing in front of them. Walked in and watched the host/clerk check out 7 freakin people in a row and would not seat two of us for 15minutes as we just stood there and even said “hello”…so just to slowly turned and walked out. Strange really. I was there when only the first was checking out waiting at the host “wait to be seated” stand. This place is horrible.

Very bad service. I was waiting on the line, she (Kelsey B) served behind me twice and forgot the whole order, when I came back to pick up my forgotten order to go. I am waiting too long .. nobody coming to the front desk but they are watching me. Finally she came to for other persons who are coming out to payment. She served him liesurely. After that, I asked her, what is wrong here? What are you doing ? I am waiting you but you served who are coming after and behind me? She looked at me sarcastically and instead of apologizing, said bye. Disrespectful and offensive place. I saw my part of the order looks like leftover bread. I wish the USDA -FSIS Department would do a thorough investigation of this restaurant.

I had ordered the bourbon chicken with vegetables and asked for extra veggies if you see the photo you would think I ate off the skillet already but no I didn’t had ordered Mac n cheese to go with it never did get that but it was supposed to be coming had tea with stuff floating in it got a second cup same thing I almost threw up so eat at your own risk

The service is garbage. I sat for 10mins at a table and Noone came to even get my drink order. One of the staff members that was not a server noticed I was sitting here for so long and came to ask if anyone has helped me and at least brought me a coffee while I waited. They have alot of staff but seems like there’s no order, some people are just standing around. After 1hr of sitting there I noticed every one after me has food so I asked about my food. I was told they messed up my order. I wasted over an hour of drive time and didn’t even eat. I walked out. They need a secret visit from corporate so they can see how terrible that location is being run.

Maybe everyone was on break, but it took a while to get a seat. I haven’t been here in almost 4 years, but before then, anytime I was on I-40 I stopped here. It was way better back then. The food was just okay and not that hot. They brought out a dirty caked on glass first. They didn’t bring utensils out and had an issue with my request to replace the broken syrup bottle. Checking out was the best thing about my stop, and even that wasn’t as smooth since, I assume it was the manager, had to put her call on hold just to check folks out. Having said that, I’m sure I’ll stop through again when in the area. Just maybe they had a bad day.

Not the best atmosphere but the service was awesome. The younge girl that waited on us was so friendly. The food was what you expect from Dennys. Pancakes and coffee was DELICIOUS!
