First time ordering for pick up and it was terrible. Chicken fried steak tastes like rubber and did not have a crispy feel. Hash browns were burnt and I they forgot to give me my pancakes. Food don’t look nothing like the picture .

STAY AWAY. This is 1.5+ hours I’ll never get back. The first sign it took well over 5 minutes for the server to come and take our order. We were contemplating leaving as it was another 20 minutes before our food arrived. People seated behind us after we were there first got their food before us. The pancakes were not hot, room temperature. Hash browns were like crunching toothpicks that were sitting in grease on the plate. My Moon Over My Hammy sandwich was overcooked, crunchy and greasy. Good thing we had extra napkins because every time I touched it I had to wipe grease off my hands. The ultimate omelette was also overcooked, had chunky vegetables that should have been cut up more had burnt edges. Sign on the door said Open 24/7, it should be closed 24/7. Sorry Denny’s, but not even an apology will erase this bad memory. We will definitely not be going back to this location.

Seth behind that grill was amazing ! Quest the server was even better! Seth made our food with love and light. Living in this moment means the world to my friends and I. I’ve never came to Denny’s and ate food this well before. I’ve prayed for this day for months. The buttery, milky, fluffy pancakes were to die for. Melting off the tongue within the first bite. I recommend Quest and Line cook Seth! They are the best and willing to help in any situation.

First off they switched servers on me, then they gave me plastic silverware because they didn’t have any clean. Then they asked me if I was using my creamer, for someone else, last they ask me if I was using my syrup ♂️. Oh and the food was warm.

Excellent service. Very good, tasty food. No waiting lines on a Sunday morning. Our waiter Quest was so welcoming; and kind. He welcomes everyone with a smile and very good energy and attitude. I definitely recommend this place to eat when you’re in Rochester.

I’m not one to complain, honestly ever but what happened tonight just wasn’t okay, I came in with my family 3 kids 5 adults and when we where seating our waiter let us know he was hard of hearing which is fine so am I I wear a hearing aid, but what I wasn’t okay with was he ended the conversation telling me to control my kids who where all seated and very “controlled” at the time, the comments to my kids didn’t stop there when bringing over our drinks he then called my daughter a diva, she clearly upset and hid from him. I wanted to pack up and leave but didn’t want to punish the kids.

I had a huge hair in my food and I politely returned it for a remake , the manager had attitude and accused me of not having a hair in my food even though the server saw it as well. When they remade my food it still had a hair in it and also the wrong ingredients so I just asked them to take it off my bill. The manager gave major attitude again and did not even speak as he printed my check and took my money. The waitress was very nice but other than her there was Horrible service
