We ordered the salmon with vegetables and baked macaroni. The food took a long time to arrive. The salmon arrived cold, overcooked and tasteless. The vegetables were burned. And the macaroni was gummy and hard. One saving grace was the garlic bread. After a long day tired and hungry I thought any thing would taste good … I was so wong!!!

The service is declining. I used to go for the crazy spicy skillet. But I find that now when I go and I requested it always tastes different. And is never the way that it used to be. I asked for something as simple as boneless chicken wings and I could tell that the cooking grease was old. They redid them twice. I let them know that there is no way to actually get anything to taste good from the cooking grease that they were using. Denny’s on Genesee near the airport in Buffalo New York.

Order something, after awhile the server comes back telling they don’t have it. So I order a “Moons over my HAMMY” and after 40min the food comes out and it was bad, with barely any HAM,cheese and burned. I only stayed there cuz I had just got off a plane with 3 hungry kids BUT never again. Wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Unacceptable, I am a customer of Dennys all over the country since I visit them on every trip, came to this Dennys and it is the first time that they give me a regular meat saying that it is sirloin, I asked for it medium rare and it came so cooked that it was stiff the meat, impossible to eat and I had to leave it. they have a lot to improve.

Ordered online and took advantage of the free delivery because I’m pregnant and sick at home with covid. The delivery came and 1 meal was missing. I called the store to have them refund the item and they claimed they couldn’t do it because I ordered online. They said I had to call the “online” ordering number, when I spoke to someone there, they said I had to call the store. Ridiculous back and forth to get a refund for an item the store forgot. One “online” phone lady called the store directly and had them on the line at the same time. They claim I have to call my bank to get a refund. What? That is the most absurd thing I’ve heard. I guess I have to call Dennys corporate to get a refund for an item that the store forgot to place in the bag.

Oh dear, service was awful! So slow – ordered at about 9.30 food arrived after 10.45 and my breakfast missing ! Pancakes brought when toast was ordered! Toast then arrived burnt! Could hardly say I received 2 slices bacon – just small pieces!! Very Grimy – my husband had to request a clean Teaspoon, the container with the sugars filthy and salt and pepper cellars sticky! Yuck certainly don’t recommend!!

When we went, there were only two people working, the manager who was cooking, and a server. The server was extremely polite and despite being alone, handled a good sized rush well. The food wasn’t great, probably because cooking is hard, but it wasn’t terrible either.
