Placed my order for 2 Epic burritos via the mobile app. Pulled up to the drive thru. There were 2 cars in front of me. I received my order in a timely fashion(less than 10 minutes). This was at 10:30pm on a Monday evening. Food was delicious and staff were friendly. It’s been my go-to fast food Mexican spot since they opened. Service has greatly improved(particularly speed and accuracy of orders). Keep up the good work!

They got mine and my friends order wrong. Which is ok, if when I got mine back personally it still wasn’t correct. They were also very snappy when my friend who is Gluten free asked about their chips and meat. I just think they could work on being polite and listen better.

Asked about ingredients in a salad, due to allergies, and I got blank stares back as if the employees had never been asked specifically about anything on the menu. Also, season beef is listed on the menu yet the employees state they don’t season the beef in any way. Out of 4 orders, they achieved a 50% for getting the orders correct.

Dang, this place has good food, but the staff today was horrible. There was one gentleman in the restaurant, one person in the drive thru. There were 4 or five employees. I ordered their burger, which if you haven’t had one, they are really good. Anyway, I waited about 15 minutes, and was thinking maybe they were making the burger fresh. Finally, I got my food and the burger was cold!!! . I couldn’t believe it!!! I asked the kid working the counter why it took 15 minutes to serve me a cold burger and he looked at me like I was from outer space!! This is really a bummer that we have a Del Taco, and can’t get good consistent food!!!!

Great quick eats. I’ve come here a few times and the service is always great. My doggo thinks that every drive through has pup cups. Well they don’t officially have them. But I mentioned it to the dude I’m the drive thru and he hooked my boy up with a chicken cup. Made my boys day. And made me a fan. Keep it up!!

I understand that fast food workers hate it when customers show up near close but there are hours of operation for a reason. With almost ten minutes left until close, my family and I were refused service. With rising prices and smaller portions, it’s super unfortunate that the sense of entitlement we get from staff includes not being served because they just don’t want to. But by all means- keeping asking for tips at the DT window.

First of all, I just want to say I do not recommend this place at all. First, they decided to close the lobby early forcing us to use the drive through. Already I knew the experience would not be good because of this. Second, when ordering the food, the employees were very rude, and when asking for a water cup they charged 3 dollars per cup which is outrageous. At the window we tried to refund it, but they only made the situation worse by taking our cups and giving us smaller ones, which made no sense. Not only that, but we had to wait an absurd amount of time for our food even though we were the only people there. Finally, we got the food, and did not know what was what. To make things worse the food was horrible. Since the lobby was closed, we sat at the outside seating which was not too bad.

Eh. Foods alright, service is okay. I think they need a better manager or something. Get better organized and have better communication. yes be fast but also slow down a little to be sure you have everything right! Good luck to this place!
