Extremely average food. I went here for some quick brunch and I never had such bland Mexican food until now. And not to mention the staff. I don’t know who is in charge of training the employees but they did an awful job at it. I never like to single out a worker at a chain restaurant like this because most of the time they are trying there best with what has been given to them. It seemed as if they were never taught how to properly deal with the drive-in because it felt like I was trying to communicate to a rock when ai was giving them my order. The wait was unreasonably long too!

The drive through wait was crazy! I think they are under staffed the girl at the drive through looked a little flustered. I waited probably 15 minutes. When I pulled up to the window they said it would be another 20 minutes for beyond meat thankfully they got my order confused as it had actually ordered chicken. They got my burrito out soon after.

The cashier had such an attitude it’s insane. I asked what kind of kid meals they had because I couldn’t see the small print on the menu and the kid said “well the menu says it right there.” So I said “I can’t see it that’s why I asked you.” Just one of many examples of the terrible attitude and service he gave us. He also rushed us to order even though there was no one in the restaurant or in the drive through.

Sorry I should have said more. The del taco both crunchy and soft are my favorite. I also get 2 of each. The cinimon balls are fantastic just make sure you know how hot.

This was sad food. The employees were very nice. The food not so nice. Fries were soggy and old. Meat on chili cheese was old. Chocolate milkshake was good and a small is all you need because it’s so sweet. Never had their chicken strips before but not impressed. My husband makes better ones in the toaster oven so next time I’ll just stick to my guns. Keep an eye on food quality especially for the price. Thanks for showing up to work though!

I had the steak tacos del carbon. I couldn’t believe how good these were. They tasted and looked like authentic Mexican street tacos. I haven’t been to Del Taco in 28 years or so. Pleasantly surprised. I look forward to them opening in IF.

Not to mention their secret sauce, which is virtually worth breaking into a salsa dance for. Don’t even get me started. Good tacos for the price. I don’t recommend anything with the corn tortillas. They sometimes don’t cook them, so they fall apart.
