Ok, this place proves you don’t need any fancy store front to have great food! This food truck has some of the absolute best Mexican food I’ve had in lousiana! The first bite was absolutely eye rolling! Simple fresh ingredients that go well together is what makes this place so good. You want great Mexican food? Go here you will not be disappointed!

I have bought food from here a couple different times now and every time it’s different but equally bad. It’s either overcooked and hard undercooked and soft or just poorly season but I can’t even eat a simple taco or burrito. They have a sister store called Sibleys and they are way more consistent with their food. I’m just disappointed because it’s so close but just not worth the money.

These tacos are fire- i recommend the carne asada tacos. And I love how they keep it all authentic; coming on it with onions and cilantro- definitely staying true to the taste of Mexico.

La Frontera has so many different products from Mexico and Latin America. Very nice. The employees are very nice. They do the best to help you with everything. I really enjoy buying here.

Good selection of drinks from different countries, for a small Latin store. Tacos and tortas reasonably priced. Tacos de carne asada, barbacoa and carnitas not quite as good as most taco trucks in Baton Rouge, but for being the only taqueria off highway 190 (Florida blvd) between BR and Hammond, it will do if you’re in Livingston Parish and don’t want to drive past O’neal.

These are the best tacos in the area. Order inside, then it’s a reasonable wait at the truck. Our favorite is the Barbacoa tacos and burritos. Make sure they include your red sauce!
