The food and service were good. It seemed like they were very on organized. I was looking for tequila bar hoping to try some new tequilas. They had no printed list and when he told me to go on the website it didn’t work. I ordered a tequila and when we got our bill it was $45! It would’ve been nice if he would’ve mentioned the price or I was able to have access to see the different prices for the tequila‘s. I’ve had this tequila before and it’s expensive but this is about $15 more. So shocked when we got the bill.

Sorry, I only had lemonade which was very tasty. We had a pear salad w steak, a bowl of vegetables & another of potatoes, happy hour ceviche & carnitas & short rib tacos. I have to say the blue corn tortillas were very rubbery, hard to chew. I ate the meats & veggies which were tasty. All of the dishes had nice presentation & were flavorful but the point of the tortilla is to eat all of it. The ceviche was excellent & spicy. I WILL try a margarita on my next visit.

If you’re a Tequila aficionado anywhere in San Diego, go to this place! The bottles are mostly from small batch agave farms, with incredibly exceptional Extra Anejos. Would highly recommend! Food is good as well. Can’t go wrong with any of their tacos

Came here with my sister on a Saturday afternoon, so it was expected to be busy but service was nearly non-existent. Hostess and server were very cold and not friendly at all.

Go for happy hour and try the blistered tempura shishitos. The classic margarita & classic Paloma were so good we didn’t try any of the flavor enhancers, but you can add charred pineapple, jalapeños, basil, etc. We had the salsa trio that comes with guacamole & chips: high quality. Everyone was happy with their tacos as well.

I want to rate this place high but this is our second time here and service is again a serious issue. There is literally 6 people in here and it took 15 minutes to send out a tostada which was a correction and the other folks finished they’re food before mone finally came. The last time the servers were in the back chatting away instead of checking in with customers. The bartender had to get us check because our server was MIA for 30 mins. On the ppsitive side, the food is fantastic but the service makes me not want to come back.

Look, if you want to learn about tequila and mezcal this is the spot. I drink tequila for a hobby and stumbled upon this place as I was walking by. Mind blown by the selection of real tequila and the knowledge from the bar. It’s very rare you’ll find a place with such an array of tequilas and mezcals. Don’t worry though if you’re more into mixed drinks. This place is still amazing. My gf got a mixed drink and I got a sampler of the Paloma – excellent.
