I ordered the XXL Garlic Parmesan Truffle Fries to share between three people. The quantity was definitely enough, just that the flavor was too salty for me. Overall, I think the food was average, for the same price there are probably other places for better flavors, but the arcade was no doubt worth the reason paying a visit. I’ll definitely return for the arcades, there are lots of games to play with friends or by yourself. Plus the staff was super nice, I was looking around the prize area to check out what was available there and a staff lady politely reached out to me asking if I dropped my Dave&Buster card, and she made an effort trying to confirm if I was the owner by asking if I remember how many tickets I had in my card. I told her I wasn’t sure and I needed to check, and she was very patient to wait for me to check if I still had my card with me. It turned out not to be mine, but she left me a super good impression of how she handled the situation. It’s definitely a good place to go, and I will for sure come back for fun.

The service is still very slow. 5 years opened, and the waiters still take forever to get your order. They need more people to help with taking orders and to help with running the food. I usually enjoy coming here too, but they changed the happy hour to only certain drinks, which is a bust because I don’t like the selection they put. Also, ALOT of the games are broken. I could list a bunch of them here, but I’ve already complained online through their survey. It’s 8.24.23 when this is posted. Expect to be a bit disappointed with the arcade game selection and the service.

I used to enjoy coming in for happy hour until last night. They changed their happy hour selection to only select drinks now. You used to be able to get any cocktail for half the price but now they took that option off. They just keep getting worse and worse with their decisions. I won’t be returning anytime soon. I was surprised when I got charged full prize for my drinks when it was supposed to be happy hour. First, no happy hour during Friday and Saturday. Now this.

Came in today to celebrate daughter’s first day of school and we were told there would be a wait because the booths weren’t clean. Then we said fine will take a table, we were sat next to a sea of dirty tables. After waiting around at our table no waiter came up to us we decided to leave. The customer service was jaw dropping horrendous. I do not recommend anyone visiting this place. After eating somewhere else and coming back because my daughter wanted to the play games….we were greeted with skeebal machines that didn’t work and missing balls. A game where you throw balls where some of them had the outer shell missing so you’re just throwing cotton. The list goes on of broken games. Hated it. Do not take you’re family to this place.

So much fun! Only a few games were not up and running but plenty of games were operating just fine. We played for about 45 minutes with the $45 play card. That gave us over 1,800 tickets and we were able to pick out two really cool prizes. After playing, we decided to eat at the bar. The food was delicious which was really unexpected. We also had 3 gift certificates that were expired but the manager accepted them! Thank you again! The manager taking them really made our day!

I’m sure if I was a little kid maybe I can said it was awesome… but the services is terrible all waitresses just standing around talking to each other , we order 5 steaks and no even one was the right cook but the worst thing was the stinky black cloth napkins, seriously paper napkins are better sometimes….

If i can give this place less than a star I WILL!!!! Service is terrible!!! I was just there and was seated for 15 mins with the waiters just standing around not really doing anything they just kept looking at us and when they finally came it was because I stood up to leave! Last time I was there same thing the time before that my wings were under cooked. This place has gotten terrible when they first opened it was good but they definitely make me not want to go anymore.

Terrible customer service. It’s supposed to be family friendly but 2 19 year olds aren’t allowed to go by themselves to the arcade. We wasted gas to come here to have fun only to be told we weren’t allowed in the building. Never been to a Dave & Busters that kicked us out. The employee told us that we needed someone 25 and up to accompany us.

Wasn’t going to share this but feel the customers should know. We were a party of 4 We went to happy hour in the bar area. Meal was good but when the checks came I was in the restroom I had my girlfriend pay with my card ( we split the bill in two for me and my girlfriend and the other two). When I came back to the table they were confused on there bill because the tip had already been added to the bill. I asked my girlfriend for my receipt to see if the same had been done. He never gave us that copy ( he didn’t want me to see it), when I asked for the copy so I could leave a tip he said oh I already put it ( he chose and selected his own 20% tip) so now the server has enter his own tip for two bills at the same table. When I asked him why he said that’s how we do it here. I asked for a manager, the manager assured that this isn’t how they do things, offered to refund the tip (we declined)and gave us some game cards. This was not a mistake and was done intentionally. This is theft this is credit card fraud, how many other customers are getting there money stolen because they are maybe a little tipsy from happy hour? Total scam and this establishment should be investigated for this. We probably should have made a police report to put an end to that.
