Very friendly and welcoming staff, also towards my service dog (local McDonalds manager had displayed discriminatory and hostile attitude despite my presenting medical paperwork for my service animal needs). Very clean, pleasant, respectful and quiet restaurant. Wendy’s crispy chicken, nuggets and even fries were amazing! I have a new favorite local food place. Thank you for the welcoming atmosphere.

I bought 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, and I returned to get a refund. The person in charged denied the refund even though I had the food and showed her/him the food. It was extremely hard. The outside looked cooked, but it was raw from the inside. It was disgusting. He said I could get the food made fresh. But after biting the food I no longer had appetite for it. My stomach was hurting the rest of the day. I did not get my money back and had no lunch. Worst experience ever.

I enjoyed the meal at Wendy’s on Fulton Industrial. I was greeted so pleasantly. The service was great and the atmosphere was peaceful. The manager here is so concentrated of the needs of the customers. She is so kind as the rest of the staff.

Burger was fresh and hit the spot, fries were hot and salty, just how I like ’em. The drive-thru line moved pretty quick, which was a plus. It’s not gourmet, but it’s a reliable spot for a decent, cheap meal when you’re in a hurry.
