We took the kids to Cicis on Del Prado for one of their favorite pizza spots on Monday night and had probably one of the best service experiences I’ve had anywhere. That’s not common even at a fancy restaurant. We don’t go very often, maybe once every 4 months but I was mind-blown by the service. The cashiers friendly and welcoming hospitality and the pizza chef at the oven was 5star! He was friendly, appeared excited to be there and was extremely polite and attentive, he even hand delivered us some pizza himself. Even the bussers were polite, well mannered and respectful. Everyone there seemed to love their job and enjoy doing it! They all deserve a raise! The pizza was fresh, hot and never empty. Well done crew!

This place is great for eating big! They have lots of good pizza ready to go and they keep it coming. But the atmosphere is that of a school setting. Need to dim the light and put some pics on the walls or something.
Everyone that works there was very nice. And they were open late in a Sunday. 10pm

This place is great if you are looking for budget friendly fast food place to take kids. Pizza is not big wow but you get what you pay for and add that you can eat as much as you want is still pretty good.

Love this place got me feelin’ full and awesome to see all the families have fun too. Definitely recommend for a nice date night, nothing like buffet style pizza to get close to someone lol. Anywho drop by, the have a 5.99 offer right now so take advantage!!!!

The proprietors, Jesse and Sterling, exhibit exceptional customer service and work ethic. Kat’s dedication and positive demeanor were particularly noteworthy. The food was of high quality and freshness, and the establishment was well-maintained, including the restrooms. The game room provided entertainment for children after their meal. I am delighted to see Cicis continuing to thrive, and much credit is due to the staff and owners for their efforts.

Decent place to get a quick bite of pizza. The team there is pretty friendly different pizzas keep coming out. They had mac and cheese, dessert pizza, breadsticks. You can request whatever type of pizza you want they usually make it very quick. Pay one price eat all you want.

Very simple expierence the service workers and front end are super nice! They made sure we had plates off our table once they saw we had finished. The food was delicious, I honestly was surprised because this location definitely looks of its time when it originally was made probably lol. It’s a lil ugly but not dirty or anything its just the orange walls and old dining look so yea it just feels old and I definitely feel that this location would be more popular if it was just modernized a bit but I think thats just a CiCi’s issue. Other than that the location was nice and wasn’t busy! They filled up the trays consistently and again service was nice. Pizzas are very yummy and I enjoyed my expierence a lot! I will be visiting once again in Novemeber with my boyfriend who hasn’t been to a cicis in forever! This was my first ever cicis expierence and I highly recommend 🙂

We had never been to a Cicis before, but it was my (pushing 60) husband’s “dream” to go to a pizza buffet….so off we drove, nearly 2 hours, for his birthday dream come true. The staff (I believe we were greeted by Randy who was very friendly and helpful) was fantastic and the food was teriffic. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much, but the pizza was so good – we had the veggie and the cheese – the cheesy bread was worth the trip alone…and the desserts were pretty tasty too! I didn’t have the salad bar or the pasta offerings (didn’t want to fill up and not have room for cinammon buns!), but it looked very fresh as well. If they don’t have the pizza type you’re looking for, they’ll make it for you which I thought was pretty amazing. My only ‘complaint’ is that there’s not a location closer to us or else we would be there frequently. Thanks Cici’s for such a great experience – you’re doing it right!!
