Very disappointed. This place was always so good but over the years has gone downhill. Ordered 2 Italians grinders, toasted and two other sandwiches. My mom and I both got sick from the Italians, which were not toasted (despite ordering them to be.) Service was rough, I felt like an inconvenience the second they answered the phone. The girl kept asking “anything else” before I could even finish. Not happy, won’t be back anytime soon.

Very disappointed to be honest. I know it’s not the cooks fault who cooked my sandwich. My husband and I both ordered a medium #9 and I pretty much spit most of it out the steak was nothing but fatty my husbands was the same except he ate his just the same since the price of everything today is so high. No point in complaining it’s not the workers fault that the meat they get is fatty. Will not be coming back anytime soon.

Sonny and Diva!! I just can’t say enough good things about these two! My sandwich was delicious and prepared perfectly and I will say I find myself going out of my way to visit this particular D’Angelo. Today however, these two went above and beyond normal levels of good customer service. I left the Washington St. Attleboro location yesterday afternoon. Today I checked my tile and discovered that I had left it at their D’Angelo. These two were kind enough to open the store early to let me in to retrieve it. They had been saving it for me. These two are total life savers!

D’Angelo Grilled Sandwiches is a true gem in the world of fast food. The peppercorn steak sandwich is a work of art – tender, juicy steak paired with the perfect amount of peppercorn seasoning. It’s like a flavor explosion in your mouth. Not to mention, the prices at D’Angelo are quite reasonable for the quality of food you’re getting. I mean, where else can you get a sandwich that tastes like it was made by a 5-star chef for under $10?

Called and complained to manager that the price I was charged is different than advertised price online. Lobster portion was very small and not fresh. Manager was very rude and blamed me for the complaint rather than satisfying the customer. She even told me to call corporate and tell them to change the website which should be their job. This was unacceptable and not sure how this place stays in business treating customers this way and false advertising prices.

This location does not do the the D’angelos brand justice. The systems are “not fancy” so they can’t look up rewards cards because it is a “franchise” is what I was told by the employee who took my order. The location is also severely outdated and has yet to be remodeled to the new look most other locations have. My food was okay. I’ve been to D’angelos in other parts of Mass, RI, CT ,and NH and have gotten consistently the same order given to me the same way in all of the locations but this one. I often order a Vermonter steak lettuce bowl,z they different bacon and don’t melt the cheese on to the steak. Not sure if I had an isolated experience but I was not impressed. Food was just okay.

Our sandwiches were delicious! The Italian sub and steak and cheese were fantastic/ very tasty. I think the best part if the visit though was the help from Rosa (shift Manager). She helped me with my points without complaining and she figured out the issue with a smile!! We have been enjoying D’Angelos for decades! Prices can get up there but things are so expensive at the grocery store so it’s understandable. THANKS FOR THE HELP ROSA!!!

Inconsistent practices, also the grill does not look good today. During previous visits, the person in charge allowed us to have extra veggies on our LARGE classic veggie wraps, which are small, because we only get veggies and ”hots.” Today, the manager on duty was going to charge me extra for it. Two large classic veggie wraps comes to just over $20 with nothing else, and we do not get cheese. You think it is fair to charge MORE? I do not think so. I understand how labor and food cost works. At the same time, you have to provide something to the customer worth the price you are charging. I have loved D’Angelo’s since I was a kid, but since this is the only thing I can and will eat here, now, I will make it at home for a fraction of the cost. We will not be coming back.
