We ordered at 5:12pm with a delivery time of 25-35 minutes. I called several times just to have the line disconnect. I have 2 small mouths to feed and a schedule to keep. If I would have known it was going to take longer, I would have ordered something else. It got here at 6:42pm. The pizza was obviously sitting for a while, the cheesy bread overcooked and definitely not worth the extra charge. Very disappointed.

Ordered a 3 topping large pizza off their deal menu, Cinnabon, and boneless BBQ wings for my fiance, and a melt for me(which it explained they were out of bacon when i ordered it, no issue). They called after 20 minutes to explain they had no cinnamon, I said no issue, and they sent an extra desert all good. Then the food got here and we got a tossed around cheese pizza cold, some boneless wings with a dip stuck to the bottom of the container. An empty melt box. And when we get the receipt, it doesn’t even show the melt or the proper price of the pizza. And it just says a large stuffed crust cheese pizza. When I call the manager hangs up the phone after about 3 minutes. Called on 3 separate numbers. Absolutely atrocious. I called to handle this with tact and you hang up the phone like a teenager. Well done pizza hut. I’m driving up to your store to speak with your manager. Hang up on me 3 times after you drop the ball. Gross.

Ordered a pizza, wings, melt, and breadsticks. The pizza was delivered burnt to a crisp and our wings were missing. The breadsticks were really dry (probably cooked too long). We called the store twice and the phone rang until it hung up on us (both times). Not cool, Pizza Hut. Not cool at all. UPDATE: 20 min later, a kid ran up to the door and threw a bag of wings on the porch. We tried calling the store 5 more times and finally got through. The girl we spoke to stated that we had ordered the pizza without cheese and that’s how no-cheese thin crust pizzas turn out. There’s no way we would have ordered without cheese. We asked for our money back on the pizza and she argued about it. After we said we wanted to speak to the manager and the girl said she WAS the manager, she agreed to refund our money on the pizza. What a mess.

So ordered Pizza Hut today only because the dominos app wasn’t working. Ordered in advance for a later delivery and and they were still 30 minutes late. Here is what we got. Two pizzas no sauce. Called store only to get an attitude and be called a liar. Asked for manager the woman refused. When I questioned her refusal, she said ok hold on. Then in a different voice got on the phone and said she was the manager. I heard someone in the background telling her what to say. When I asked about that, she said no one was saying anything and called me a liar. She finally transferred me to a DK who said he was a manager and when I asked for the other employees name, he said legally he will not provide the info. Now at this point I was beyond heated. Then got hung up on by DK. Yes you will get an upset customer when you call them a liar. Tried to call back and the phones were disconnected and giving a busy signal. DO NOT GO THERE. My wife finally went back to the store and they refused a refund because there were a few pieces missing, but as you can see, we didn’t eat them.

Can not follow directions at all, due to dietary restriction reasons we have different toppings on half the pizza and asked them to cut accordingly. They have fail this simple request repeatedly. Lack of training, attention, or common sense there’s definitely a management issue here

This was a pick up. Disgusting. Over cooked & hard. Not crispy but dry & HARD. Tried a couple pieces & it was inedible. This is with extra cheese too. Worst location I’ve ordered from. This isn’t the first time they have messed up. I wanted to call for a refund or another pizza but my husband was so tired & didn’t want to drive for them to make another mistake, I mean pizza. If I could give zero stars I would. Whoever was in charge of our order tonight simply sucks. Basically our whole order was burnt. The cheese sticks we ordered had hardly any cheese & was also over cooked. I wouldn’t consider them cheese sticks just plain over cooked bread sticks. I would recommend any other location over this one.

Ordered pizza and wings on 8/5/2023. Picked up order and went home. Pizza was wrong and crust so hard you couldn’t eat it. It was almost 10 pm. Turns out, pizza wasn’t the one we ordered. The one they gave us had been in their warmer for over an hour at least. Never again. I have the receipt with the person’s name who pizza was for. Noticed it next day.
