Last week I went in and ordered two small blizzards. Not realizing how small they were I asked to upgrade them to a large. The three girls working in there stopped and looked each other, looking very put off and annoyed, like I had done something wrong. I said if it is a big deal just upgrade one. The girl went to ring me up and charged me for a third blizzard. I asked her why I couldn’t just pay the difference and she very snottily said, “ We don’t do that”. I asked why she couldn’t just pour the one made into a large and make the rest. She said again , “ No we don’t do that”. I asked to speak to her manager because I didn’t think it was fair to have to buy an entire new one. She said again, in a very snotty tone that she was the manager. I asked if anyone above her was there and she snickered and said no. So I said, ok I guess I will need to speak to the owner or corporate because this doesn’t seem right. She said, “ Fine, go ahead”. This is unacceptable. I am a paying customer, who just asked to upgrade and I was immediately treated like I was out of line for asking. We will not go back.

So I came in and placed my order for a strawberry cheesecake blizzard brought it back because there was no cheesecake in the blizzard instead of offering to remake the blizzard the boys behind the counter just gave me a cup of cheesecake pieces and told me to mix it in myself that is not customer service! good customer service is remaking the product.

The smoothie was good. My only complaint is the prices are not accurate. The menu on the wall says one thing (a lower price) and the register when ringing up the order rings up a higher price. I asked the cashier after I looked at my receipt when I was about to leave and he said they may have raised the prices a few weeks ago and didn’t change it, but wasn’t sure. I feel like I was over charged and the inconsistent pricing makes me not want to go back there.

The last two times we have been here the blizzards that we ordered were awful. We ordered snickers and it was all vanilla with a few chunks of the candy. We asked them to remake them this time and they did make it better.
