This establishment has been in business for at least 40 years. That’s all that really needs to be said to understand whether it’s a place you should visit or not. Food service establishments don’t last if they don’t deliver a consistent product at a fair price.

Worst experience we have ever had at a Dairy Queen! Waited at the window for 15 minutes for no one to come take our order! 6 plus young kids helping one window with drive thru. while ignoring other window. Boys laughing with the girls. Couldn’t even say we would be right with you! Who is supervising these kids?? Several cars left without ordering.

Asked for a double sundae which I have gotten multiple times, they had numerous workers and didn’t even want to accommodate me. Guess they can put 3 mountains of ice cream for a banana split, but 2 is too hard to contemplate. Worker put it off on the manager. I know they’ve went through a few managers so maybe need to look into a change. Thought customer satisfaction was a businesses priority. Even worse was the laughing and looks I got at the window and as I left. Very poor service. Never disappointed in our Dairy Queen until today, and I’ve been going there since my dad took me as a little girl.

Best Dairy Queen treats ever from this unassuming, quaint store. Girls in there took their time to make it perfectly. My front end scraped the street going in and out of there because its steep, so be careful.

This location is getting more and more disappointing and I’d give negative stars if I could. When your one job (they don’t do burgers or fries) is ice cream and you are constantly out of chocolate ice cream I suggest you review who does the ordering. My family keeps trying to get ice cream here and they are out of chocolate more than not and all the staff can say is yeah everyone likes the chocolate. Well news flash if everyone likes it so much maybe we better do a better job of making sure we have enough of it in stock. I’m over this location I’ve never run into another dairy queen that is out of ice cream so often.
