First off, the employees at this location are always awesome and great; HOWEVER, this is by far the least stocked/serviced restaurant I’ve ever been to. Each time I’ve been, they are out of several items and rarely have chocolate ice cream or a functioning slushy machine. Tonight was the peak. We waited 30 min with three cars ahead of us in the drive through. The sign had four signs taped to it listing all the things they are out of – several toppings, large cones, chocolate ice cream, condiments, slushy machine broken. They were also out of my first two choices when I ordered that weren’t listed on the sign. When we pulled up after we ordered, they let us know they had just run out of ice cream completely. I’m not sure who is in charge of ordering food for this location but they need to either be removed from their job or start doing their job. I could tell the employees were stressed because they had to tell the 10+ cars in line that they were literally out of everything when it is clearly not their fault.

Placed an order online for a cake a week in advance for a birthday party. Showed up and the order was no where to be found. “Just didn’t make it” they offered a premade cake there but none were the flavor I ordered. They offered to make it but I’d have to come later pushing back all the plans we had for the day. Came back to get the cake and weren’t offered any compensation for the issues. The best they could do is take $5 off a $40 cake. Incredibly frustrating situation after taking all the necessary steps to place a basic order. Very disappointed in over all service.

Today I had the worst service. Usually we have a fantastic experience at this Dairy Queen. This time wasn’t good though. I went in through the drive-thru and waited about a minute before I was greeted, and then told to wait longer. The person who took my order sounded angry and stressed out. Once I got to the window it wasn’t any better. A short girl with short black hair and glasses was quite rude and disrespectful to me. She had a short temper and instantly greeted me with attitude. I also saw her and heard her treat other employees bad , yelling, calling them lazy, etc. While I waited at the window and everyone seemed annoyed with each other. The name on the receipt said it was Corey. Not to mention I didn’t even get what I originally came in for as they were out of the Oreo brookie candies that they use.

Went the other night and ordered what I ordered which was a reg cone , a small cone in cup and a peanut buster with extra nuts. So they hand me my cone and what the hell the ice cream wasn’t even a full ice cream on the cone it literally was super thin second my parfait literally was all hot chocolate and no nuts or ice cream cause they had no nuts (confused) . And finding this out after the fact they totally forgot I even ordered one I’m sitting at the window all waiting for it . Really DQ let’s get it together especially for almost $20

Have lived blocks away from this location for nearly 5 years and visited dozens of times. Not ONCE in that time have they had a full menu available and I was actually able to order everything I wanted. Their Orange Julius/Slush machine was broken for literally over a year. On this most recent visit I was told they were not serving “hot food, any kind of slush, shake or Julius or anything with chocolate.” Soo what exactly are you serving? I can’t believe they are even in business, absolutely horrible experience every time.

Waited forever in the drive thru and went to go use my coupon “2 shakes for $4” and they came back 2 seconds later saying they couldn’t process the coupon and that it was a system issue. They didn’t once offer to give me any kind of discount or try to accommodate me at all. When i asked for my coupon back she gave me a crazy look and paused for a moment before grabbing it. The fact she didn’t even try to do anything for me considering it was a system issue really rubbed me the wrong way. Instead of spending $5 i got to spend $10 and spent the rest of the night frustrated. If you’re trying to use a coupon i would skip this location. She then condescendingly asked “do you still want the shakes” as if we hadn’t been waiting over 10 minutes just to order.

Ordered a blizzard for pickup through the app and walked over. The app instructed me to walk inside and pick up the blizzard, but the door was locked with a handwritten sign explaining the lobby was closed. I closed the store and the staff instructed me to go through the drive through… on foot….
