They should be so embarrassed to even try to serve what they gave me. I got a BOWL of HEARTY CHICKEN SOUP…it wasnt HEARTY it was HARDLY!! Hardly any soup at all! Literally not joking when I say I could of bought a can of Campbell’s soup or many other varieties of Chicken Soup in the can and would of been more of a meal .much larger proportion and taste better.
I never felt more ripped off..there was a few tiny tiny pieces of chicken and just a few tiny pieces of noodle and the rest was all carrots and barely any broth either
Look at the bowl and look how much is in the bowl!! It is like 1/3 of the bowl if that..I have no idea if this is normal or the person that served me didn’t know what she was doing.
But I know I would never ever get that soup or soup there and would warn you all as well as you will feel ripped off and a fool for paying so much for this. Truly disappointed..shameful Panera..what a joke.
Total waste of money.
I’ve had the Mediterranean Salad at all locations, and this place gives the bowl at about 60% full, (in comparison to the commercials, but substantially less then all the other locations. Food shifted when I showed it to another-over tilt).
If you pay extra for items, they don’t pay attention and give the same proportion, so don’t pay for anything extra. Then, if you ask for items listed on the app as an option, you expect to receive it, but if they exclude it, they don’t even bother telling you. I’ve been here 3 times for dinner, and the first time was ok. The second time was bad. This third time was the worst, that I now know, I will never go to this location again.
I’ve even called to notify the manager after the 2nd visit, hoping they would have some level of consistency and quality control, but it just doesn’t exist. Is this location hurting so much that they are cutting back on the food orders? That approach does the opposite in bringing people back, and patrons do notice. Many don’t bother taking the time to inform the public. Instead, they just stop going. This locations is often slow, with minimal guests, which maybe was a tip off that I failed to connect.
What happened to this chain? Remember when they first began and how attentive and generous they were with their service, and food orders? It’s not just the salads either. I’ve actually seen people come up and complain about the portions/food or the overall orders while I’ve been there, and didn’t think about it.
(I just read reviews, and several guests addressed the same issue. 1st Pic is what I got. 2nd Pic is what they advertise. Not even close).
Competition exists, and I’m asking that they at least come close to what Panera advertises, or his you used to prepare meals long ago. In the future, I will drive further to another location, or just change my cuisine choices. Hope this location get some training on quality control and food presentations from their mgt, and retrain their staff, otherwise, I am sure this location will likely close.
Good luck patrons and Coral Springs Panera.
Dirty tables and trash needed to be taken care of as well.
Food is ready in quite a timely fashion
My friend ordered scrambled eggs and she got overcooked dry eggs at a very reduced portion.
Panera was one of the chain restaurants that I visited when I wanted to eat out and pay for it. Unfortunately, I feel obliged to post this very unsatisfactory experience so this particular location revisit their customer service strategy to better serve its customers and improve the customer experience. Remember we are the customers and we are paying for not only the food but also the service. We as customers deserve the entire experience to be pleasant and worthwhile
