RIP OFF!! OMG I just can’t believe what this place gave me for $9!!(See Pics)

They should be so embarrassed to even try to serve what they gave me. I got a BOWL of HEARTY CHICKEN SOUP…it wasnt HEARTY it was HARDLY!! Hardly any soup at all! Literally not joking when I say I could of bought a can of Campbell’s soup or many other varieties of Chicken Soup in the can and would of been more of a meal .much larger proportion and taste better.

I never felt more ripped off..there was a few tiny tiny pieces of chicken and just a few tiny pieces of noodle and the rest was all carrots and barely any broth either

Look at the bowl and look how much is in the bowl!! It is like 1/3 of the bowl if that..I have no idea if this is normal or the person that served me didn’t know what she was doing.

But I know I would never ever get that soup or soup there and would warn you all as well as you will feel ripped off and a fool for paying so much for this. Truly disappointed..shameful Panera..what a joke.

Total waste of money.

I have gone to this location plus all the following locations; on Cleary, on Federal Hwy, St. Rd 7 off Wiles, and in Hillsboro off Hwy 1, and of all of them, this one in Coral Springs on University has the worst consistency in food orders, with presentation, and production/creation.

I’ve had the Mediterranean Salad at all locations, and this place gives the bowl at about 60% full, (in comparison to the commercials, but substantially less then all the other locations. Food shifted when I showed it to another-over tilt).

If you pay extra for items, they don’t pay attention and give the same proportion, so don’t pay for anything extra. Then, if you ask for items listed on the app as an option, you expect to receive it, but if they exclude it, they don’t even bother telling you. I’ve been here 3 times for dinner, and the first time was ok. The second time was bad. This third time was the worst, that I now know, I will never go to this location again.

I’ve even called to notify the manager after the 2nd visit, hoping they would have some level of consistency and quality control, but it just doesn’t exist. Is this location hurting so much that they are cutting back on the food orders? That approach does the opposite in bringing people back, and patrons do notice. Many don’t bother taking the time to inform the public. Instead, they just stop going. This locations is often slow, with minimal guests, which maybe was a tip off that I failed to connect.

What happened to this chain? Remember when they first began and how attentive and generous they were with their service, and food orders? It’s not just the salads either. I’ve actually seen people come up and complain about the portions/food or the overall orders while I’ve been there, and didn’t think about it.

(I just read reviews, and several guests addressed the same issue. 1st Pic is what I got. 2nd Pic is what they advertise. Not even close).

Competition exists, and I’m asking that they at least come close to what Panera advertises, or his you used to prepare meals long ago. In the future, I will drive further to another location, or just change my cuisine choices. Hope this location get some training on quality control and food presentations from their mgt, and retrain their staff, otherwise, I am sure this location will likely close.
Good luck patrons and Coral Springs Panera.

Panera is always a reliable spot for a quick meal. Soups and salads are fresh, bread is consistently good. I prefer that for my kids over any fast food

Apparently, the “pick two” means pick one thing that’s gonna be decent and pick a salad that’s going to be terrible. Yellow and white lettuce that’s wilting? Gross!
Dirty tables and trash needed to be taken care of as well.

Ordered a full chicken Mediterranean salad on 12/24/2035. While eating a strand of hair was found in the salad. Took the salad and informed the manager. The manager decided to give me a quarter of a salad instead of replacing the full salad. I paid for a whole salad and this is unacceptable. I returned the 1/4 of a salad that was presented to me because they refused to give me what I paid for. This is a poor example of good customer service.

Terrible costumer service ever!! I ordered a hot sandwich and they gave a cold one, when I asked if they would please warm the sandwich for me they told me “put it in the microwave”!!
My friend ordered scrambled eggs and she got overcooked dry eggs at a very reduced portion.
Panera was one of the chain restaurants that I visited when I wanted to eat out and pay for it. Unfortunately, I feel obliged to post this very unsatisfactory experience so this particular location revisit their customer service strategy to better serve its customers and improve the customer experience. Remember we are the customers and we are paying for not only the food but also the service. We as customers deserve the entire experience to be pleasant and worthwhile

I usually visit other Panera Bread locations, but today I hit Coral Spring…but I think that will be the first and last time. I told the young lady working at the register that the coffee was gone and there was no coffee coming out of the machine. She said “ok” and continued serving 3 customers who came later. I asked “when will I have more coffee to pour myself” and again “ok”. I finally poured myself a ginger tea, because the coffee never came. HORRIBLE SERVICE. It takes so much effort to get customers to come in and buy something, to treat them this badly and destroy the prestige of the restaurant. No more.

Horrible service never acknowledged us to take our order. No one was in front of us. Whoever the lady was in the blue shirt and the guy that came out of the kitchen both saw us and yet never said a word – not even “ will be with you in a minute”!! Your employees definitely need customer service training! I just wanted to order a salad. You just lost a customer, not that you really care.
