Reviews
It is unprofessional and not considerate. Based on the reviews they already have they will be out of business soon. Get better staff who cares about people who spend money with you and don’t say oh well.
The place had maybe 11% capacity filled and I was attended to immediately, they asked for ID when I ordered my drink which I’m glad they did because some places don’t. Drinks were decently strong, somewhere around 12% ach and above for sure.
Food was warm and delicious, sauces tasted fresh as well, fries well seasoned etc.
The waiter even recommended items which were good though she was unaware I came to review the establishment. Overall, at the time of this review the location was amazing in terms of service, and cleanliness.
The last time I ordered — on September 19th — my food arrived cold. I decided to give it another try, but this most recent order was even worse. Every hot item I received was cool to the touch, the strawberry lemonade tasted like plain water, and one of the chicken pieces even had feathers still attached.
I was shocked that something like this could make it past quality control. I was so disgusted that I ended up getting sick after eating just two pieces.
After this experience, I will never order from or eat at this location again. This level of carelessness and lack of quality is completely unacceptable, and I truly hope it’s addressed so other customers don’t have to experience the same.
The workers at the front are extremely rude and not communicative it.
I just spoke to Stevens
who rudely said that they are backed up at the kitchen which is the wrong answer because the order was placed for a specific time so just like they expect customers to pay for their food there need to be some accountability for their horrible management & customer service. He also refused to tell me how long I’m going to be waiting for my food.
I’m currently in the front with about 50 people who are also waiting on their food and it seems like there was no thought or planning in regards to ensuring that this day which they’ve known in advance was well planned and executed.
This location is poor run & the workers need to be retrained on how to speak to paying customers.
This is definitely my last time coming here.
As someone who’s been coming here for months please avoid this location at all cost. The people that work here and entitled and act like you owe them.
Also we just got yelled at “SWING THIS WAY”!!! holding a MEGA PHONE Who proceeds to say that if he didn’t mention out name we had to wait outside in a 20 degree weather (Lightskin man with long locs)
Also he’s telling people to wait outside very AGGRESSIVELY!!!
To add: they are making orders for individuals who literally just placed their orders an hour ago.
drinks, saw them get poured and set on the counter, then proceeded to sit for 20 minutes without ever being engaged once to order food or asked how we were doing. Ended up walking out after several attempts to wave down the server and even migrated to the bar in hopes of sorting things out. The restaurant was practically empty so it’s hard to believe the 4 servers and bartender couldn’t solve the mystery of whose two beers didn’t get served. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here.
My wife & I pre-ordered our order for 5:30 (So we could pickup our food an hour before the Super Bowl). We missed the start of the game, waited an hour and a half for our food, and watched as the store was catering to the customers who were eating inside. We placed & paid for our order a whole week in advance. This is unacceptable from every possible perspective.
BWW needs to shut down this location and fire every employee immediately. Horrible joke of a restaurant, and they cause more harm than good to the BWW brand.
They also tried to force us to order online from our phones while sitting at a table; however, their website wasn’t working. Then, while waiting to check out, they claimed their was no way to pay using a credit card as their machines didn’t work. Instead, they wanted our phone number to send us our check on our phone where we had to manually type in our credit cards to pay.
They were low staffed, however, as someone with about 10 years in the industry, there was no reason for that slow of service. I also place a lot of blame on whoever owns the franchise. Having guests seat themselves, wait over 30 minutes for water when there were then 5 (3 takes already seated, then is and another table sat), have the good come out at various temperatures with different levels of scratch l accuracy, and then expect guests to be forced to enter their own credit card numbers and give up their cell phone numbers?! Unacceptable. We will never return.
Awful experience. Will not be back.
