I had such a great experience at Bento. I ordered the Pao Pao Chicken bento box, and wow — the value and flavor were unreal for the price. The bento came with lomein noodles, garlic green beans, ginger salad, rice, and a coconut macaron for dessert, and every single item was delicious.
The food came out hot, fresh, and super flavorful, and you can tell everything was made with care. You truly get so much food for an amazing price, which makes this spot such a win.
Huge shoutout to Alvin, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Customer service like that really elevates the whole experience.
If you’re looking for tasty, satisfying food with great portions and awesome service, this place delivers every time. Highly recommend — 10/10 all around! ✨

We have been coming here for 10 years as well. When it first opened the food was incredible the service was great, and now I guess the ownership has changed. And so has the food and the service. Sitting here now eating our main dish while our sushi dish has not showed up in over 20 minutes. They’re so slow compared to what they used to be they just need to upgrade their service and I think they will be better off.

It’s always a fantastic experience dining at Bento. I always order the rainbow roll, and it never disappoints! The roll is perfectly made with generous, high-quality portions of fish on top. The restaurant has such a friendly, welcoming vibe, and the cleanliness really stands out. The staff is consistently attentive, helpful, and happy to answer questions or make recommendations.
A huge shout-out to Callie! She helped me choose the perfect roll to try alongside my rainbow roll—the Mt Fuji roll—and it was an excellent recommendation. Callie truly takes pride in her work, and it shows through her enthusiasm, customer care, and great communication with her coworkers. She made the experience even better.

The daughter and I sat in after shopping around the plaza. There was no wait due to the choice of self service kiosk or traditional order takers behind the counters. The service was quick, food good and hot! The Thai Tea amazing. Loved it all and the portions were enough for us to warm up later.

My husband just came home with our pickup order from BENTO Asian Restaurant at Town Center in Jacksonville, FL. We were excited to try this new place. The food appeared not to be freshly prepared. I had the drunkin noodles with chicken/shrimp and he had shrimp fried rice. We also had the pork fried dumplings and egg rolls, which were fairly good. I just felt that the food did not align with the price point and expectations were not met … I wouldn’t try again.

Went to Bento for a quick meal and I always have a great experience at this location. Callie served me and she was respectful and welcoming the whole time. The kitchen was fast and the dining room is always clean. I ordered the TNT roll and a Milk Boba tea which is my go to.

I always get the chicken curry katsu with the Japanese katsu curry sauce. I saw katsu sauce and I clicked it online. When I arrived the order had a very small side order of bbq sauce in it. I informed the cashier that I do not not like bbq sauce, and I clicked it thinking it was the curry sauce. I asked can I please get the katsu curry, she said they are out. And then she charged me for a very spicy curry sauce, refusing to exchange my sauce, even though I told her that I do not eat spicy food at all. I then asked to please exact exchange my food for another item. As I do not want this food item anymore, it was untouched and still in Togo box. She said no returns no refunds. She was very cold and dry with her responses. I went outside to my car the came back in to get the sauce. I am very very dissatisfied and disappointed, the food was very spicy and this dish is not good without the katsu curry sauce. I just wanted to exchange my food or refund. She blatantly stated no returns and no refunds. I eat here all the time but now I feel like I should find another place to get takeout or sit down sushi and Japanese style bento bowls.

We had the tnt and crunchy sushi rolls. Tasted great for an okay price. Their sushi has a modern influence. It’s colorful with different flavors and sorta “fun”. Their happy hour is 2-5pm Monday – Friday so we did not luck out as we went on the weekend. Overall good find

The food was great but it comes at a very high price. We got the garlic broccoli bowl with chicken, the hibachi bowl with chicken and steak and a hot and crispy chicken boa bun. Everything was delicious but the two bowls tasted nearly identical. There is not much variation here. The boa was good but it was not soft and steamed it was crispy and fried.

I have been going there since it opened over what 15 years ago? That place has diminished what an awful experience. They had half a dozen people working with not many customers inside they made my pregnant girlfriend and I wait for OVER 45 MINUTES for food. And the food was cold bc it likely was made sooner they just chose to not give it to us. We ordered 2 noodle bowls and ONE ROLL OF SUSHI. That is it. It wasnt a crazy insane order. Terrible service terrible food. 0 stars. Dont waste your money or your time if you value either.
