Staff was very rude and refused to follow their policy on checking at least one blizzard by tipping upside down our entire order was runny pie water down milk and when asked about the police that it posted in plain view for all to see on the window lady just said she wasn’t going to honor it and have a nice day. This place is a hit and miss. Typically run by high schoolers seems like they are inexperienced at getting service times down. Most of their stuff is really good. You end up spending a lot on average between 2 people easily can spend more that 10 bucks for 2 items.

Ordered a banana split blizzard, not sure what it was I received, but it wasn’t a banana split blizzard. Had bananas and nuts, but no chocolate or strawberries. Very disappointed in this DQ, this isn’t my first experience with a messed up order. I didn’t have time to go back to have them fix it, so in the trash it went. I’m just going to have to learn to quit going!! Positive note the staff was friendly!

Was not impressed. We sat and wait for someone to take our order and no one came take it. We drove up to the window and all the employees were sitting in their phones. When finally got our order taken at the window the employee rolled her eyes at us and was rude to us. The ice cream was good though.

I ordered an Oreo blizzard just tonight 6/18/2022. I ordered this specific 1 because it has NO NUTS in it which I am DEATHLY ALLERGIC to..so when I get home I have to make my husband to check it..and see ts a Snickers blizzard..I tried calling and of course no answer..I tried emailing and that won’t go thru..so last resort. I WANT THE OWNER TO CALL ME BY TOMORROW 6/19/2022 by 5pm or I’m taking action …they could have killed me y’all..

Ice cream is always good. I worked for dairy queen a long time ago. The customer service is awful. We were there the other day. I was shocked when we were told Thank you have a bad day!!! I looked at my husband he said yes you didn’t hear wrong.

I’m not a big sweets person so I’ve never been a fan of DQ. But my friends do enjoy it from time to time. But that’s very rarely. However, I do like those frozen bars covered in chocolate. I hate chocolate so I just tear the outside off, weird I know. But the ice cream inside is great. I think I just like frozen things. So I always recommend those even if you don’t like chocolate. The outside is easy to tear off, it just takes a while. And it rarely even leaves a dribble on the ice cream inside.

They really need to open up the inside of the store, even if they don’t allow dine in yet. Every time we’ve tried to get ice cream there, the line is in the street. Every. Single. Time. It’s going to cause an accident one of these days. This time we didn’t even get ice cream. We left and went Sonic instead.
