The employees were all very friendly and didn’t get angry with me when I couldn’t remember how to use my reward points. The cashier especially was really helpful and I wish that I could remember her name; I believe that there was a letter P involved. I love Dairy Queen and visit every few months.

Both “manager” and employee were extremely rude and lacked customer service COMPLETELY. My son does not eat ice cream when we go, so we get Oreo pieces for him, but that was an annoyance to this store. The girl making the ice cream kept talking rudely to my husband when SHE asking HIM what we were missing. Then annoyed with me that she forgot our banana split. I attempted to address the situation with the manager, where she acted confused about her rude employee. She then preceded to run over to the girl laughing about what I had said, and locked the door prior to closing time. My family was so uncomfortable that we had to pickup our kids and ice cream and leave the establishment. Do better guys.

They only serve ice cream and hotdogs here. -Which is completely fine with me had I known better. Kind of an odd way to get off the road from the opposing side, but managed to slide in there.

On Friday March 3rd at 4:59 pm I ordered a photo cake for my daughters birthday to be picked up on Sunday March 5th at 12:00. When I arrived, I was told by the worker that no cake was made. She called the manager and the manager said no photo cakes on the weekend. The worker there tried to help me out by referring me to Blue Springs and calling them, but their photo machine was down with no idea when it would be up. The worker on that weekend tried to fix the store manager’s poor handling of the situation, but I will never rely on getting anything from this store again. Baskin Robbins was able to resolve this issue thankfully and saved my daughters birthday.

Always order extra cheesecake but never receive any which is super annoying. Order the cheesecake royal blizzard and received a strawberry blizzard with literally 1 cheese cake chunk. Will not be back to this location if your charging me something I should be given my item and a receipt.
