My wife and I stopped in this evening for a light dinner after a weekend out of town. Restaurant was clean throughout. Our order was taken by an extremely friendly young lady and the food was prepared quickly, both of us getting salads. Mine was the in-season strawberry poppyseed with chicken. It was very fresh and the vinaigrette was very tasty.

Panera is still pretty standard franchise. Walk up ordering still available, several kiosks also provided for the anti-social. We opted for their Pick Two combo and a small soup. Complimentary French baqueté served with both orders. Caesar dressing was pretty bland and without the needed kick. The tomato soup was pretty hearty.

One of the best Panera Bread restaurants in SA. Newly designed and renovated. Well lighting and spacious. Good food and decent price. Highly recommend for any visitor or Panera Bread fans. Come by and check it out yourself.

Nice, modern location. Order via kiosks which is helpful as you can see pictures that go along with the menu items. Dishes were getting a little backed up at the trash station and the bathrooms were dirty (the reason for 4 stars on atmosphere). But food and everything else was great.

Food is good but 3rd time I ordered soup and it didn’t come with a spoon. This time I made sure to ask and the girl said yes a spoon is in the bag. Nope a fork…the new green caprice sandwich is ok but definitely not like the commercial. Very disappointed!

Amazing cinnamon crunch bagels, but consistently come with onion taste and actual seasonings from everything bagels stick to the bottom. It’s not a good mix. Yogurt parfait is great, but is incredibly small for $5+. Coffee is very weak, but is generally cheaper than nearby chains. Not worth it to me, but some people may like it that way. They also have that unlimited drink plan that includes other drinks as well that make up for the coffee. Panera rewards are great and add up fast.

The food was clean, but bland. I’m not complaining, though, because I need that for my diet. The service was really an issue. They have a new ordering desk with pads so people can self order, but once a group of people self order at a pad, it becomes confusing as to whether that is the only way to order or if people could still go up to a person and order. That confusion stems from the staff not making themselves available to control the chaos by directing customers or at least standing a the cashier’s terminal–positioned directly behind the ordering pad area–which is another issue with the new design with the ordering pads.

The food was good! I got the steak and cheddar sandwich, French onion dip soup and tomato basil cucumber salad combo. My fiance got the Chipotle chicken avocado sandwich, chicken noodle soup and fresh fruit combo. I like it here because you order and pay through a tablet kiosk. You then take a pager and wait for your order. There are plenty of seats and tables. Free wifi. Free refills on soft drinks, teas and coffee. The table tops were kinda dirty since you take your plates, silverware and trash to a disposal station yourself and leave it to an employee to see the dirty table and clean it. I attached our receipt so you can see pricing. I would come back again and hope the tables were cleaner

The Dining Room is OPEN and this place has different sections to sit. The place is so spacious, there is no problem with Social Distancing. The place is really Clean and Comfortable. The staff welcomes you with a smile and is so helpful when your ordering. They have sanitizer at the entrance if needed. The food here is delicious and salads are Amazing.

Panera seldom disappoints. This was no exception. I customized my steak and eggs breakfast sandwich by removing the egg and adding avocados and spinach.
