I’ve been going to this Dairy Queen for over 20 years and am very disappointed. They consistently mess up our order. They have the order correct on the receipt, make the ice cream wrong, and when we tell them it’s wrong, the employees throw a FIT! I wish this was a one-time occurrence, but it happens every single time we are there now. I don’t have this problem at any other DQ. It’s one thing to mess up and remake the ice cream, but the employees are so blatantly rude!!! All I’m asking is for it to be made in chocolate ice cream, not a difficult request, and it’s too expensive to not get what you ordered! I unfortunately will be giving my business to the LITH DQ as they are always super polite, and I’ve never had a problem.

Went to this DQ. Wasn’t busy i was 1st in line. Waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Ordered med vanilla cone and med twist cone. Received a small vanilla and a small twist that was 80% chocolate. Very disappointing. Won’t go back.
