After over 5 mistakes I am now leaving a review and I will no longer be giving this place my business. Its local but fortunately there are other local spots. Unless you speak Spanish I would avoid this breakfast spot. There is one woman (the one who wears the braid ponytail) she is great. When she is working, every order is correct, she checks everything. When she’s not there, the other people do not know how to run this place. Everything comes out wrong. Today I asked for a bacon, egg, and provolone and they did not put any bacon on it. How hard is it to make a simple wrap? A couple of weeks ago I asked for over medium eggs and the guy had no idea what that meant. He didn’t even realize it was a thing. Sir, maybe learn how eggs can be cooked before working in a breakfast joint. I also noticed when its not the woman or the young kid ringing me up, I always pay more.

Been to this place a few because it’s the closest place to me. They do not respect Menu prices and add random charges to your bill. I ordered an omelette with no sides and they charged me $13.85! To makes matter worse omelette was small and tasteless.

First timer. Review is only based on what I had .. may be there are other things like omlette, eggs etc which are good.. I just had a flat bagel with jalapeno cheese and a coffee. Cream cheese was a bit tangy ( probably because of jalapenos) . Would have liked it better if it wasn’t that tangy. Bagel was really fresh and tasted amazing. Coffee was ok dokie. I’ll surely visit again to try more things. It was a tad expensive too. For a coffee and bagel – 6.80$. I’ll surely recommend u guys to go and try this place though.

Got a sesame bagel toasted with butter and coffee. The man at the counter was very nice. I usually don’t like toasted bagels at shops because they don’t brown them enough but it was toasted perfectly and steaming hot when I opened it to eat it a few minutes later. Coffee was good too.

for what ever reason the have new workers every 2 weeks or so. Today I went in and received service from a girl with a bad attitude. I ordered the 3 egg plater. The menu States all eggs and omelette platters come with toast and home fries. the girl did not give me toast or home fries and I did not realize till I got home. When I went back to ask for the home fries she said it doesn’t come with it. She said I had to get an all egg platter which wasn’t even on the menu. When she looked at the menu and realized it was her mistake she gave me a huge attitude. She said I don’t even really care anymore do you want them or not! I guess she was expecting me to pay over 5$ for just 3 greasy over easy eggs.

I used to stop here everyday. But no more. The bagels are good but the Taylor ham is tough because they use an off brand, not enough cream cheese on the bagels, and they won’t give you more even if you try to pay for it. Also, it’s very expensive. I spend more here than at any other bagel store in the area.

The bagles are so soft! Especially since I suffer from TMJ. I always order a Taylor Ham, egg, cheese on an everything bagel toasted w/ S,P&K. I go there once a week, sometimes twice. The staff is welcoming too.
