Girlfriend ordered a blt and a bacon egg and cheese with the bread toasted. They forgot to do it. When she received them and saw they weren’t toasted, she asked if they could just toast the bread. They refused. Absolutely horrible place, the staff hate their jobs and they take it out on the few customers they have. Never again.

I’ve been coming here for years and lately every time I come the customer service is terrible. The woman behind the counter is incredibly rude. I placed an order to pick up a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese and jelly. I’ll let the picture speak for itself. It wasn’t toasted and I guess they were running low on both cream cheese AND jelly. I’m from Jersey and this a disgrace to Jersey bagels. Won’t be coming here again.

Food was good. Service not great, the lady who works there started giving me an attitude from the beginning. I asked for coffee and she just put a cup in front of me and walked away. I thought she was going to serve my coffee since I saw a big coffee machine behind her. I waited because I thought she was going to come back and give me my coffee. It then she started chatting with another costumer, I asked the guy next to her and he pointed to the table next to the window where I can get my coffee. I don’t have a problem with getting my own coffee but at least let me know.

-0/10 overpriced food that’s not good!!!! Don’t go there it’s ridiculous and expensive. The person that I talk to at the front did nothing but rush me and my order !!! The food here is ok it’s not bad nor is it good. They always lack cheese when I order egg n cheese but whatever. I give it a one star review because of the dirtiness of this place. Everytime I go in to get food and want to sit all the tables are all dirty and never cleaned up after. And yesterday when I went and sat by the window there was so many ants walking all over the tabletops. Maybe because they have PLANTS on the table like what. I was very disgusted and an ant even went into my plate and I couldn’t stand another second in there. Owner also replied to my review saying I’m a bad reviewer when that’s not true at all I’m a very well-known reviewer and have good ratings because I tell the truth he never admitted about the ants situation though, everyone is more than welcome to go and look for yourself since he said I’m “banned” for leaving a bad review. Will be submitting a report to the Department of Health so they can investigate. I also was going to leave this out, but when I saw other peoples review about this store, why not mention it but the employees there which are two girls and a guy are very mad looking and always angry for what reason I don’t know.

First timer. Review is only based on what I had .. may be there are other things like omlette, eggs etc which are good.. I just had a flat bagel with jalapeno cheese and a coffee. Cream cheese was a bit tangy ( probably because of jalapenos) . Would have liked it better if it wasn’t that tangy. Bagel was really fresh and tasted amazing. Coffee was ok dokie. I’ll surely visit again to try more things. It was a tad expensive too. For a coffee and bagel – 6.80$. I’ll surely recommend u guys to go and try this place though.

for what ever reason the have new workers every 2 weeks or so. Today I went in and received service from a girl with a bad attitude. I ordered the 3 egg plater. The menu States all eggs and omelette platters come with toast and home fries. the girl did not give me toast or home fries and I did not realize till I got home. When I went back to ask for the home fries she said it doesn’t come with it. She said I had to get an all egg platter which wasn’t even on the menu. When she looked at the menu and realized it was her mistake she gave me a huge attitude. She said I don’t even really care anymore do you want them or not! I guess she was expecting me to pay over 5$ for just 3 greasy over easy eggs.

If I could give this place a ZERO.. I WOULD! I ordered a turkey sandwich on a bagel. It came with multiple pieces of hair on it. I politely handed it back and asked for them to remake it when they remade it. They stacked half the amount of meat on the sandwich .. IT WAS HALF THE SIZE! They filled it up with more lettuce and I called them out again. He then told me that I was crazy and didn’t know what I was talking about. I told him to give me my money back and from an $18 bill they gave me back $11 for the sandwich and charged me $7 for a bottle of seltzer and 1 can of coke. I then called back requesting to speak with the owner and I was told they don’t have a phone number and was hung up on. I hope you don’t waste your time going to this place. The people there don’t know how to handle the food the customer service nor the complaints. Total disappointment and waste of my time.
