Our little DQ in Northfield opened again in March and I had to have my traditional treat! I also have a butterfinger or m & m small blizzard. They do a great job they are always super friendly and smiling

Northfield Dairy Queen has awesome employee’s. Always a great experience with a smile and a story. We are open till 9:00p.m. We do not run this website, so therefore they may have some errors. Sorry for any inconveniences. I read them all. I can not imagine anyone of my employee’s being rude, let alone myself. I love my job of 35 years and the DQ brand. Some of these I have been contacted on and have taken care of and others I have not received any complaints but they are on here. I am truly sorry for any inconveniences you may have experienced. Yes, We do make mistakes and sometimes what you say over the mic is not received correctly. We apologize. Thank you for those that continue to frequent our establishment.

I usually don’t write reviews but the young people who work at this Dairy Queen take really good care of me every single time I go threw the drive threw with my Jeep! They call me the Jeep guy (: anyways! They know who they are and I want everyone to know they do a really great job at what they do! And they make this Dairy queen have the best customer service I’ve ever had! I really hope they get recognized for there great attitude and very friendly service. Thank you again, stay blessed (:

Edited review: 4 stars instead of 3. We got a DQ cake here, which I would happily do again in the future. It’s tasty and made correctly. I just don’t think I would go to this location for any other ice cream treats as they are not made properly.

Went there to get a small banana split blizzard and it was 100% vanilla ice cream with 1 small chunk of banana in it, so we went in and kindly asked for it to be remade and they said yes. They then went on to give me a smoothie LOADED with fruits. Northfield dairy queen, I will never come back.

I went with my family to buy 4 cones 08/28/22 in Northfield location we made the order through the speaker the girl took the money and didn’t wash her hands with those hands one she served us the cones and previously she had taken the order of 4 more cars how unpleasant situación, she don’t like have hygiene I will not return Again.
