Been here several times. Blizzards are always thick with lots of toppings and blended perfect. They are always polite and kind too.

Good food. Not to much going on for them tho. Used to come around for a good priced mushroom Swiss burger but they have said 4 times in a row their outta of it or made some excuse so honestly havent been back in a couple months. But their food was good quality when I used to go. Only gonna give 3 stars tho because the issue with always having excuses for items that aren’t in the hot trays.

If 0 stars were an option. The customer is an afterthought. Constantly cut off while trying order asking if I want anything else. The blizzards get barely anything added to them then lazily mixed so the bottom half is JUST vanilla icecream. Just go buy a tub of icecream for the same price, better icecream and you won’t be rushed out the door so they can take the next customers money.

Thank you, Dairy Queen for responding back so quickly. I appreciate how you care and value your customers. I’m rewriting my review because Jaz and Z, took the initiative to show how it’s important for Dairy Queen to show the meaning of what team work is about and what quality over quantity means. Z called me right away and explained the reason for the minor mistake , new hires and still in training. I returned the next day and ask for Jaz or Z ! I spoke with Jaz, he was very helpful and professional. Remade my whole order from the previous day. I’m a satisfied customer and will return to Dairy Queen again. Overall the whole outcome was handled in a timely manner. Thank you, Customer Service team, management and supervisor. Keep up the good work !

Visited 08/16/3020 @7:00-7:30pm in the drive thru. Not too happy about paying $33 for such terrible quality customer service and food. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, it was nothing short of a chicken tender on brown, wilted lettuce on a bun harder than cardboard. Fries were very underdone, and not one person made eye contact through the whole order. Super disappointed.
