We love dairy Queen blizzards and probably come there two to three times a week. In the beginning they were pretty good but they’re so inconsistent with how much candy they put in it 1 of them will be flowing over with ice cream the other one will be an inch from the top. I believe this must be lack of training.

On Sunday afternoon 07/02/23, I stopped by for a sundae. I went into the store instead of the drive-through since I needed the restroom. All I ordered was a Heath Caramel Brownie Cupfection sundae – no food, nothing else. I waited and waited and waited while 2 parties of people who came into the store AFTER me got their complete meal orders, food + ice cream items. Then, finally, a blended chocolate item in a clear cup appeared on the ready shelf. I figured that was mine and they had just made it wrong. But no, the counter guy said they made another order ahead of mine since it was “faster to make” and that mine was “coming right up”. So another party got their order ahead of me. How the hell long does it take to throw a brownie and some caramel in a cup and add soft serve??? Jesus Christ. Meanwhile, I watched tons of drive-through customers getting their orders and leave. And my order STILL took more time. Their system for ice cream orders should be very very simple – First IN, First OUT! You all need some competent management.

I decided to write this review because I spent just over $30 at this dairy Queen with my mobile order. When I was ordering with my husband on his phone I was looking for the option of extra fry sauce under the cost option of sauces. I never having a problem paying for extra items because I know it costs a business money. However under the extra cost sauce options, fry sauce was not an option. I thought to myself no worries I will just ask for at the drive-thru. When I get to the drive-thru not only did the worker forget to give me my three drinks and Dilly bar, but when I asked for fry sauce they told me that it would cost extra. I politely asked if they could add it to my mobile order remotely since I did notbring my wallet. . They told me no. I ended up just taking ketchup and driving away. I think what frustrates me the most about the situation is often when I do pay for extra sauces I have to ask for it because they do not put it in the bag. It has happened a handful of times where I paid for sauce that I did not receive. However, when I couldn’t figure out how to pay for it this one time… They couldn’t accommodate me. I’ve come to the conclusion this is my least favorite fast food place in Newberg. Missing order items, rude customer service, and long drive thru times has made dq lose my business until it changes. This is my last time going unless the husband wants dq. So sad

Worst food. Horrible and extremely slow service. Worse hamberers anywhere, over priced. The only good thing is the ice cream and it takes at least 15 minutesto make a small ice cream cone!

We ordered a hamburger deluxe. They tried 3 times and still could not get it right. How hard could it be? First, there was cheese. Then, a hamburger with just pickles and a slice of tomato. And the last one was missing the tomato.

I went on 6/11 as it was my 52 nd Birthday and I am in the club to get a free treat I went to DQ I ordered a super small swirl cone,There was an issue with the app ,as I pulled to the window I was told my total by a young guy who was in absolutely filthy clothes covered in animal hair his hair was extremely dirty,When he told me the total I was taken aback because of his oral hygiene was lacking I showed him my phone for a free treat for my birthday,there was a issue with the app ,It was a 5 minute argument,as he kept interrupting me and just didn’t want to deal with the app issue He then says what Blizzard do you want,I said I just want a super small swirl cone,he rolled his eyes and closed the window he brought the cone ,as he closed the window he turned around and shook his fist at another co worker as if saying he wanted to hit me 23 years I have lived in Newberg and that treatment was appalling,my birthday is already hard You truly have lost me as a customer and I know it’s no loss to you but wow how I still feel about getting treated like that and on my darn birthday

Xavius was a nice kid, polite but HE DIDNT WASH HIS HANDS AFTER WASHING TABLES AND WIPING BENCHES. HANDLING OUR BLIZZARDS THAT WERE OVER FILLING AND SPILLING DOWN THE SIDE OF THE CUP.. tried putting a lid on then had a handful of napkins wiping the lid and side of our cup…BUT WITH NASTY HANDS… IDK feels like I walked into a street market…. not kosher. The handling of the food was UNPROFESSIONAL ..

I love this place but today the service could have been better. There were missing items in our meals and they didn’t give us enough straws. And the drive thru person seemed to want to just rush us through without much thought. She closed the window before I could say anything about what was missing. I barely had time to put my change in my wallet or arrange things in the car before she was trying to hand me the next thing. Very impatient!

Food was dry, French fries were disgustingly brown and when asked for new ones they were “changing their oil”. The oil should have been changed many batches before. They got the order wrong twice and forgot our sauces. Will not order from this location ever again.
