It’s not the fault of this store specifically, the people here are nice, but what is that new rewards program? They’re cutting rewards in half, but giving people the “privilege” of spending money to get 1.2 stars? And it costs over $2,000 a year to hit Reserve status for a measly 1.7 stars?? Goodbye Starbucks app

Ramble but I guess their new CEO is banking on their “core audience” showing up anyway. If people aren’t spending enough on your coffee, just take away all the discounts so it costs them more to get your coffee, yeah? I hope it works out for all the investors. Maybe it’ll help them afford to put couches back in the stores so they can be cozy again like I remember

This is the only branch that does’t make a pour over. I need filtered coffee for my health, it reduces the diterpenes in the bean, not extracted in the new machines which Starbucks uses.

They NEVER give you a full cup of coffee!! 9 times out of 10, my cup is only 3/4 of the way full. It’s so disappointing to pay so much money for so little product.

Standing in Starbucks right now typing this review using Starbucks wireless. Never been prompted to write a review but the Starbucks woman behind the counter was rude and walked away instead of taking my order at the register. She seems too preoccupied with something other than her job. I overheard the Starbucks woman say something regarding “I don’t have time for this.” Hopefully she was not referring to me? Perhaps she should have stayed home instead of coming to work? Almond drink was great (spectacular, actually) but not worth returning because of the attitude.

This used to be the best location. The staff are mostly nice but the inconsistency of the drinks has gotten out of control. I order the same thing every day and it’s never the same and often times has to be remade and it’s still not correct. That’s a lot of money for beverages made incorrectly and still not made correctly on the remake.

I come here EVERY morning before work and get almost the same thing. Med. cold brew with two pumps of a flavor shot and two pumps of liquid cane and most of the time I barley have anything in there, today there is nothing in my coffee. Mind you we pay for the flavor and it’s just a rip off since they don’t do it properly. The staff is nice but not nice enough for me to pay extra not to get what I ordered!
