Love going to DQ. This location I’ve been to three times and each time it seems to get just a little worse. This last time I ordered a burger and 4 blizzards for family members. The burger was ready in about 2 minutes awesome! The blizzards took 15 minutes, and when we got them they were melted on the top (no the employee didn’t flip them over).

Took 45min from start to finish. I noticed they made a drink wrong as I was paying. That was fixed. But then they gave me a kid’s meal with no kids meal back. Then my burger with no pickles had only pickles and she asked if I wanted my receipt and when I said yes she never gave it to me. Ended up tossing it. I hate to say it with these kids. Don’t know what the they’re doing and the managing staff is worse.

Dear Eagle Mountain… please ask Orem how to do glazed chicken. Photos for comparison. They should actually be glazed, not… spritzed? This is what my husband and I always order, and the two locations are extremely different in every way. Kudos to Orem, by the way. We actually drive 20 min out of our way to go there instead.

It’s been great every time we’ve been! I had more food in my chicken tender box but I started eating. I always love their tenders and I tried the s’mores blizzard but forgot pictures and I really liked it a lot! It was busy last time but the wait wasn’t too long!

Absolutely frikken ridiculous. They had 2 orders and took 25 mins to get mine out and then tell me they don’t have frikken fry sauce. Makes me so mad. 4 out of 5 employees were Absolutely worthless only one guy working as the cook was the only one working. The rest of them were just goofing off.

The Ice Cream is kind of hard to mess up at DQ, but it’ll be melted before you get your food. I’ve never left a negative review before, but it took an hour from the time we got in line until we got our food (inside the store). There was only 1 person ahead of us in line…20 minutes to order and another 40 to get cold hamburgers and fries (they didn’t even microwave it-as noted in a previous review). I’m always patient with the young kids working, but they need some more help, better processes, urgency, or a new manager. No apologies were given, but I guess I shouldn’t complain too much since this is the first time they’ve gotten our order correct.

Honestly we have had bad experiences the last 3 or 4 times we have ordered from this Dairy Queen via either online or door dash with urgent delivery. The shakes are always soupy, which shouldn’t be happening ever, the fries are often old, and today, when my husband arrived 6 minutes after making the order, they began putting the order in a bag, had accidentally melted the lid of the salad, it spilled into the bag when he placed it in, and the manager was huffy about his request to remake it since it was spilled into the bag while the order was being put together. Then as he finished gathering the order, they informed him they were out of cheese curds and he would have to figure out an alternative. When he got home a few minutes later, we found old fries and completely soupy shakes, again. We had given the benefit of the doubt and tried other means of getting our order, but honestly it feels like quality has gone down these past few months. Not impressed.

I had an order to pick up and had to wait nearly 30 min. Only the manager was working the front. When I arrived, he was talking to someone he obviously knew about his kid working there. Among the many things they discussed, he complained about his young staff that dared to worry about their mental health. When he FINALLY acknowledged the paying customers, he moved absolutely as slow as possible. At one point they were out of ketchup and he seemed to, once again, move deliberately slowly in placing several boxes on top of the counter until he got the box with the ketchup. Even stapling the bag shut, his speed seemed to be saying, “I don’t care about you or this job.” I’ve never seen anyone move so slowly, and deliberately ignore customers, than I did with this employee who didn’t bother to wear a name tag.
