Slinging wood fired fare since 1998, Brixx serves gourmet pizzas and wings, fresh salads, sandwiches and pastas; accompanied by a full bar with 24 craft drafts, 14 wines by the glass and custom cocktails. Our traditional and whole wheat dough, hummus, fresh mozzarella, wood-roasted chicken, salad dressings and more are scratchmade in-house. We give back to the community through Brixx Buxx events and beyond. When our neighbors need a hand, we’re there to help. That’s something Managing Partners Eric, Jeff and Barbara have insisted on from jump. We do more than make pizza – we craft connections.

We have become regulars at this particular Brixx in Meadowmont because of their consistently high quality food, drink & service. The staff is always very friendly and work hard as they are typically quite busy at lunchtime. And, the greeter always has a happy attitude and friendly disposition. It is also wonderful to see how involved the management is in the success of the dining room and kitchen. There seems to always be two managers on duty when we dine there and they are hustling just as much as the waitstaff. And, we like the fact that once your order is placed, a team of staff pitch in to get the food to your table as soon as it is ready – it’s not sitting under some hot light in the back. We have tried a variety of their wood-fired pizzas which are delicious. Their Brixx Sticks are soft and amazing (made from pizza dough). The pasta dishes are excellent and customizable, and our favorite salad is the Caesar salad. Always fresh, crisp Romaine lettuce (no brown edges). Love their Ranch dressing, too! We always look forward to dining here and highly recommend.

The food and service have been fantastic each of the three times we have been here recently. Atmosphere is welcoming, comfortable, and somewhat cozy. When the restaurant is more than half full it can get a little noisy (part of this might be the TVs with sports and the fans who come to watch), but not too bad. Amy, our server at our last visit, was perfect: friendly, helpful, funny, fast, and attentive without being intrusive. The three of us had the Roasted Cauliflower Buffalo Dip to start (rich & cheesy), and then shared a White pizza (a bit sharp – in a good way – and slightly smoky), a Pear & Gorgonzola pizza (great combo: creamy and a little sweet with the walnuts a nice bonus) and the Brixx Mac & Cheese (also rich and a bit smoky). Two thumbs up!

Excellent pizza and service. Dog friendly as well. The weather was warm, so we dined outdoors. The waiter brought out a water bowl for our Shih Tzo without us having to ask for one. We enjoyed this experience.

Best place to hang out, watch a basketball game and enjoy their pizza and appetizers ! We have been visiting them for last 6-7 years. This used to be our to go place for late night food ! I remember they used to serve Spinach and artichoke dip with pita bread, somehow I liked it better than having it with the chips.

Visiting Raleigh, decided to try this place out. Impressed by the gluten free and cauliflower crust options. Service was great, menu looked great also. I ordered the cauliflower crust Bronx bomber and my friend ordered the 4×4. Regular crust was quite good for him, cauliflower crust was good except exposed areas of the pizza were a bit overcooked for me. We both found our pizzas to be quite salty. I ordered their fresh lemonade and I like sweet drinks, but wow this was very very sweet – even for me. I should have got the half lemonade/half unsweetened tea to cut the sugar like my friend did. The restaurant could have been cleaner; we sat at a window seat and there was food stuck to the window indicating to me they need to be more thorough with sanitizing tables. Seeing old food stuck to the window isn’t very appetizing for me. Might try this place again when I’m back in Raleigh and hopefully the drinks will be less sweet and the pizza less salty.
