Slinging wood fired fare since 1998, Brixx serves gourmet pizzas and wings, fresh salads, sandwiches and pastas; accompanied by a full bar with 24 craft drafts, 14 wines by the glass and custom cocktails. Our traditional and whole wheat dough, hummus, fresh mozzarella, wood-roasted chicken, salad dressings and more are scratchmade in-house. We give back to the community through Brixx Buxx events and beyond. When our neighbors need a hand, we’re there to help. That’s something Managing Partners Eric, Jeff and Barbara have insisted on from jump. We do more than make pizza – we craft connections.

Something unusual happened before entering this wonderful Pizza Parlor. I accidentally caught my finger in the UBER car door. My finger was bleeding and as I entered, Henry a young host who saw I was distressed took me to the Manager Mike. A very calm Mike advised me to go wash my wound. JR the bar manager and his bar employee Amy were concerned as well. An experienced medical employee Rachel, came to attend to my needs with bandages, etc. Apart from this unusual happenstance we have to say the pizza and salad were so delicious. Our friendly servers, Euree and Annie gave us their undivided attention.

Great food and reasonable prices for the serving sizes. The pear and gorgonzola pizza was an unexpected blend of flavors that worked so well together! The service was great and food came quickly. I think our server’s name was Euree or something like that- she was very attentive. Will go again when I’m in town.

Went here for the 1st time during a lunch from work. One of my fellow coworkers recommended a salad and it did not disappoint Boy that thing was fyeee Loved it to death. Highly underrated and I believe is best on menu besides the pizza. WILL BE BACK

Delicious wings! The pizza crust was spot on- not too think and not too thin with just the perfect amount of “chew.” The draft root beer was on point- so so good!

We had a really good time at Brixx. We ordered Garlic Rosemary Chicken Wings, just like the menu says.. no grease, they were perfectly cooked. The pizza can be ordered half/half and that was awesome! The best part, 1/2 off on bottles of wine on Sundays! Great service and atmosphere.

I love going to Brixx. It’s always good service, good food, and you can get in and out quickly. I always leave with just a right amount of food in me. You would think because it’s a pizzeria, that it’s really heavy food- not necessarily good for you. But this place actually does have incredible salads and other options like meatballs, and things that you don’t think of when you look at it on Google maps. I just wanted to point out that they have healthy options and the bartenders are always incredible. The ambience is always great and it’s very light and airy. The service is actually really good.

I ordered some lemon pepper wings from them on Friday on my lunch break. When I received my wings the presentation was great but as I was about to start eating let’s just say it was unappetizing after looking through them all and seeing what I saw. I called immediately and spoke with John. The reason I am giving this 5 star review is because there was no hassle John assured me that wasn’t there standards and that he will fix the issue. I came back today told them what happened when I called they had my order ready by the time I got there. Apparently the manager Mike had no idea and John wasn’t there to vouch for me but he was still very nice. They have great customer service every time I go in there.

Pizza was good. But my joy point for Brixx wasn’t their pizza it was their wings. May have been the best wings I’ve eaten in my life. It took me back to being a kid and my dad barbequing chicken in the backyard with charcoal. Brixx wings were perfectly charred and still steamy hot on the inside. It’s one of those times in life you realize you’d only thought you had good crispy wings in the past but now that one truly understands the perfect crispy one can never go back. I already know the next time I get wings from a spot that I will automatically be disappointed if they aren’t Brixx wings. It must be because they are fire roasted and not even deep fried. I only gave service and atmosphere four out of five because I did place the order to go.

Excellent friendly service. I’m a celiac and they make a great pizza that’s safe for me. Chill upscale bar and pizza place vibe. For me the genuine friendly and attentive service keeps me coming back as well as the GF pizza and wings. Excellent!
