We used an older coupon to get a free sundae with our meal. They accepted the coupon and we paid, but as the cashier was making the sundae we heard the manager or owner berate the employee that we didn’t pay for the sprinkles (they took the sprinkles off the order when they added the coupon). The cashier (with the manager standing over her shoulder) came back and apologized saying we didn’t pay for the sprinkles. The manager should have told us this herself, but we also would have happily paid extra for sprinkles when we paid for the order. The new management seems unprofessional and stingy, the cashier was perfectly fine, but we likely won’t return since the new management seems uncool.

Its always very easy for anyone to be negative about services and food establishments but its usually from those who don’t run a business. So get over it, because these guys were great – this place was super clean, the staff was very helpful, engaged and polite, the product was excellent, a far cry from some fast food joints i have visited where the entire staff look like they are floating in the clouds. I would recommend this place simply from the observation that the place was super clean and food was excellent. Great job guys. keep it up – you rock!!!

Do yourself (and anyone with you) a favor and drive on past. We took our family for icecream after a swim. They were “sold out” of an advertised blissard item, and my son couldn’t get a slushie because the machine was broke. The cashier was so rude to me when I asked if I could get brownie bites, not bits, in my blissard. He rolled his eyes and threw up his hands. I asked my husband to please come stand with me, as it made my daughter and I extremely uncomfortable. If I could give this cashier no star, I would.

Super dissappointed. We got 2 chicken strip baskets and the gravy was litterally water (in consistency and taste), the toast was burnt, and the chicken strips looked and tasted like they had been sitting out for 4 hours.

This Dairy Queen in shelbyville illinois is horrible. They are rude, they don’t clean up, and the food is worth more money than the quality. I went in there with my mother after work one day and I didn’t know what I wanted so I told them one moment please. To which the guy groaned and started talking bad about me in front of me. Then when we finally got our food it was cold fries, watery gravy, and the ice cream came out melted. All I can say is the quality of the Dairy Queen in shelbyville is horrible with the new owners. DO NOT GO THERE.

Ordered 2 kids meals, a shrimp basket, and the chicken strip meal with rings and fries. The lady working the register brought our food to our table and asked if we were missing anything, to which I said yes, and she said to follow her up to the counter. I was missing my gravy and ranch, so I went up and had to wait for everyone to finish in the line, before I was able to get it. She only gave me ranch, and I told her I was also missing my gravy, which I paid for with my meal and had proof of on the receipt. She grabbed me a container of gravy, and then got snippy with me and told me next time, I have to pay for extra gravy. To which I replied that I did pay for it and never got any. She rolled her eyes at me, and I walked away back to the table.
