The worst location. I actually drive to Weslaco for Subway. The drive thru is never open, at times the toaster doesnt even work, and they’re missing a lot of ingredients. The GM is making their employees workdays difficult. The employees are the ones who take the flack for this locations mistakes.

The attendant behind the counter made me feel incompetent because I was asking for ingredients off the sandwich I ordered…and made a face at me. In the past week I tried to go here 3 times. First time I was turned away because they were only accepting cash. Second time I was not dressed to get off and the drive thur was closed. The 3rd time I finally got to order. The guy working there seems to be the only employee I ever see. Every time I go I see him alone there. The drive-thru speaker never works so I have to drive up to the window. He never greets us with a smile and when the ask questions he seemed bothered to have to answer them. He’s also speaks very low so it is hard to understand him. They never have all the bread varieties so I am forced to take whatever they have. I understand his frustration if he is the only one working there. They should have more employees on duty oneperson shouldn’t be left to run the show. Food was good but customer service is lacking very bad.

I went, they only had wheat bread, no other choices. I asked for meatball marinara, employee said they were out. Asked for provolone, he took the liberty of adding Swiss to my sandwich and told me it was the same thing. Asked for spicy mustard, again not available, asked for cucumbers, none available, asked for bell peppers, none available. How is this Subway still open!!!!…. Worst Subway experience ever and the employee could care less that he was offering very limited choices.

The bread is fresh and warm. But sometimes the do not put alot of fixing like thier pictures. That all you taste is the bread.
