Customer service is absolutely horrible. Had to wait over 10 minutes just to order in store. The owner likes to thrust up again minor workers and try to take them where there are no cameras. People who have been there for years are still only making $8.50/hour and nowadays who can live off of that? No wonder why they’re always short staffed. I would rather drive to paddock lake or twin lakes to get ice cream, than stay in town and go to DQ. Will NEVER go back!

Wait in drive through for 10 minutes to oder. Was told they were out of chicken, of any sort. Order a peanut butter puppy chow blizzard, they are out of that too. Service was slow, food mediocre and blizzard melted by the time it was handed to me.

Today i went to the Silver Lake DQ and ordered a s’mores parfait which they claimed they didn’t have. They ended up ringing it up as peanut parfait and added add-ins to the order. It ended up costing me 7.37$ with tax which is so overpriced for what i got. It was supposed to be layered with marshmallow, graham cracker base, chocolate chunks and vanilla ice cream. I was given a cup of vanilla ice cream with chocolate chunks all over and fudge syrup. No graham base. Where’s the graham base? This is uncalled for and outrageously expensive.

The worst ever. Burgers were too hot like they had condiments put on and then microwaved twice as long as necessary. Bun was rock hard. Fries tasted horrible. Person taking order was hard to understand and couldn’t “get” that we didn’t want the sundae with the meal. We tried eating but ended up throwing it all in their trash. $15.00 in the trash. Won’t go back again. This used to be a wonderful place to stop but sure went down hill in the last couple years.
