Good food and a clean atmosphere, 100% better than the burger King across the street. Staff can be a little rude at times, but with the amount of homeless people they have to deal with coming in and out of the restaurant, due to the bus stop right out front, I can give them a pass for this. Manager is always there, it seems and she is always helpful and friendly.

I’m only giving it 2 stars because one of the girls that was in the day I went saw me in line waiting to be attended and she was on her phone. Until she finally decided to tell the other girl to take my order. I was not able to read her name tag. I was upset cause she had no reason to keep me waiting like that when it was literally empty and she was on her phone. Horrible customer service from her! The other girl made it a little better.

By law, any center with food needs to have a restroom. This subway had no restroom and no restroom in the center/plaza. The closes one was way down on the statbucks on broadway. The service was good but no restroom is a no no for me.
