After placing my order, it was rang up wrong- leaving me no choice but to prevent myself from spending extra money at the restaurant. The ice machine was empty. I got my meal and there was little to no gravy in an extra container, in which I had paid extra for. 3 out of the 6 of my chicken tenders were half the size of normal tenders, not to mention I was supposed to get 8 (as I ordered a side of 2 tenders previously) when I only ever received 6. 2 stars because the food has been edible the past few times yet service time is awful.

Arie I hope I spelled it right went out of her way to help me do a very special order for my daughter. She took her time had all the right answers and said Christen who is the decorator was the best and will not dissapoint! This was all last minute and she made it happen!! Very professional and definitely a people person. The crew held it down and took orders while she had me pull up and came out to my car with clipboard in HAND!! HOW AWESOME WAS THAT!! 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD FOR THIS DARIY QUEEN AND THE CREW!!! I will add photos upon pick up.

The entire staff needs retrained or replaced. I have not had prompt service in the 7 years I’ve lived in the area. Staff are often rude. You a while wait to order. Then wait a while at the window just to pay. They don’t tell you it’ll be a moment or apologize. Noone working here seems to have any drive to actually do their job.

Definitely make sure your order is correct before leaving this location. They forgot my burger, not the end of the world, I had a large order. Problem is that I’m still waiting for a $5.79 refund for my burger I didn’t get. It’s now been over 3 weeks. The food was good, but it’s ridiculous I still haven’t gotten my money back. Especially when I followed up at the location in person. It’s pretty sad I’m going to have to file a dispute with my bank for $6. For context, my order was April 1 it’s now April 26.

Please re train the girl who answered the phone Monday 8/7/23 evening on customer service and respect. All I did was place an order for doordash but didn’t see an option to add a single simple cup of water so I called asking very politely if I could have a cup of water sent with my order. She said “yea” and hung up on me. No goodbye, or being pleasant. Then when I received my order, no cup of water. Why say yea and hang up on me when I wasn’t going to even get water? At least be honest and say no and be rude instead of lie and say yea and be rude. Crazy!

The food was fine but did take a while. The service was horrendous. The lady taking orders started yelling at the people preparing food in front of the whole restaurant and messed up on my ice cream order and acted like it was my fault. She didn’t wash her hands after touching money and didn’t wear any gloves while preparing my daughter’s banana split. Bad day in Huron’s Dairy Queen.

Horrible run Dairy Queen, ask for blizzard with Strawberries, pineapple and pecan, charged me extra and then there wasn’t anything but pineapple in blizzard when got home. Never again sorry to say but serves is everything and this place is sad.
