The first 2 visits were great. Last friday was outstanding food and service. Today good service but the food was subpar. Paid for filet mignon and got sir loin at best. The rice was dry and no seasoning. Very dissatisfied, it’s time to go elsewhere for Hibachi Express food.

I’ve visited this place a couple of time. People seem nice and friendly. Had a lunch pick up earlier, and there was strange white stringy substance in my food. Customer service over the incident will no longer have my business. It is a shame to spend money on food to have is contain an unknown substance, as well as not being compensated as a consumer.

The dishes here commit a cardinal food sin: being really boring. The noodle flavor is “wet” and the meat isn’t even meat-flavored, just sauce. Everything is as flavorless as the styrofoam it comes in.
I only spare it a 1 star for being legally edible, but I deeply regret giving this place more than one chance to impress me.

We love Tokyo!!! We’ve tried a few places in town for take out hibachi and decided this is officially our favorite. Firstly for the service, they’re just always so nice in here and make us feel welcome. They’re also happy to accommodate when we ask for extra sauce etc. which we didn’t find in other places. Second, the yum yum sauce so good! Again, the best sauce we’ve tried when compared with other places nearby. You get a large amount of food for the price and we keep coming back! Definitely recommend for a laid back Japanese take out
